We have always had an issue when we fill our pool with water from our well every year. We’ve had it happen for decades. Northeast explained that the issue was due to metals in the water. No one has ever been able to solve this problem in the past. The treatment recommended caused the metals to come together and fall to the bottom of the pool. We could then vacuum it out. It cleared things up almost immediatley. She also helped me replace the filter media, which I was unaware needed to be done given its age. At any rate, I am thankful to be able to leave a five-star review for a company that deserves it. I’m not surprised that their rating is one of the highest. Just like the words of Jesus, “a tree is identified by its fruit”.
