okay I didn’t get the chance to do my nails or get them done before going on vacation. I called them before I left. They scheduled me in. I just went today and Ashley took care of me. Let me tell you I never seen somebody so sweet caring and kind. Take care of me. She is such an awesome employee highly recommend this place.

I’m so lucky and thankful to have found out about the deep tissue massages offered at this establishment. Amber Lott is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me feel less hopeless with my concerns. She is very skilled, kind and professional. Thank you so much Amber for being so thorough. She asked me a bunch of questions at my first appointment about my body and health. Where my problem areas are located etc. I truly appreciate her caring. She is passionate in her skill. She is amazing and is helping me get my life back. You are a blessing!!

Amber, the massage therapist here, is AMAZING!!!! I have tried a lot of massage places in the county and she is by far the best there is, hands down. Super knowledgeable, professional, and healing. I have been back several times just to see her and she has helped immensely with my neck and shoulder issues. Highly recommend.

Such a cute place!! I go to Amber for massages, and she is the best! I've tried a few other people, but none as good as her. Love going in for deep tissue massages, and always feel better for it. Amber is friendly, and always asks questions to find out what areas need attention. Everyone else at the spa is very friendly and welcoming when I go in.

I just left the Geneva location. Jenna did a gel pedicure for me. She is very friendly and thorough. Jenna made sure I was comfortable before beginning and checked to make sure throughout the pedicure. All of the ladies there were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Pure Joy Spa.

Cieara is an absolute jewel! Super nice and talkative but to where you are comfortable with her! Did an amazing job on my leg wax!

It was very clean location and staff. Our Grandaughter had the best pedicure and bought some polish. It was a first and she was quite happy.

First time there. My sister and I took our mom for Mother's Day. All three pedicures were amazing, as were the people doing them. No complaints. Color selection and timeliness were all on par. We would definitely return and recommend. Be aware that appointments are needed here.

Trinity gave me a French gel manicure yesterday, and I’m very happy with the results! She was friendly and professional. I was impressed with how easily she painted the tips by hand. Beautiful job. Will be returning to check out their other services too. Thanks again!

My husband and I went to Geneva on the Lake for a get-away weekend to relax. I schedule each of us a massage at Pure Joy but knew nothing about them. We both have massage regularly so didn’t have overly high expectations. All I can say is Joy (the owner) gave me the best massage I have ever had! Simply Incredible! My husbands was amazing as well! Joy is not only a fabulous massage therapist but a dedicated small business owner who truly cares about her clients! If you’re visiting or are from the area you need to go to Pure Joy Spa!

I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist. And my Esthetician was very good and thorough. I am scheduled to return on a regular basis!

Joyce is such a pleasant person. She did my mani/pedi, and didn't rush to get me done like other places I have been to in the past. The overall vibe of the place was very comfortable and I simply could not wait to book my second appointment!! Will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends!

I just finished my first appointment and can’t say enough good things. The tech, (I believe her name is Anise) did my nails exactly as requested. I felt relaxed, as though she cared about every customer. She was pleasant and precise. Thank you for a great experience.

Went to Pure Joy with my daughter for some quality bonding time. Our experience, massages, manicures and facials were incredible!! The staff is so friendly and helpful and want to give their guests the best possible experience. I can't wait to go back and we would recommend Pure Joy to anyone!

I just had the most WONDERFUL facial done by Joyce, the owner of the Spa!
A couple weeks ago Annise did my pedicure and that was a lovely experience as well! Great place to pamper yourself and relax! 5 stars!

I typically go here for massages and occasionally a pedicure. My experience has always been pleasant. I will go back.
