Albert was an ABSOLUTE "God send" for my wife and I. Neither of us are tech type persons. He literally walked us through everything we needed to do,

The time had come to finally buy a new phone. I'm usually one to just buy it online, but wanted to go into the store this time, and see what they had. So I looked up Verizon stores near me, and this one popped up. It was close, and had a 4.9 star rating, perfect. I went on a Saturday and had the pleasure of working with Sam. I told him what I was looking for, and he showed me different options, deals, and phones I could get. He had some great recommendations and answered all of my questions along the way. He got me a stellar deal on a new phone, and placed my order. I came back a few days later to pick up and set up my phone. He got my data, apps, photos, and everything I needed transferred onto my new phone. AND answered MORE of my questions about the phone, set up, cases, and all the details. I am super happy with the service I got, and my new phone! It was quick, painless, and honestly one of the best Verizon experiences I've had. Sam was knowledgeable, polite, and friendly...seriously awesome to work with! If you're in the market for a new phone, I highly recommend you head to this store and talk to Sam! It is definitely worth the trip!

I recently visited this location because i wanted to upgrade my phone and i wanted to switch from my old provider and i was helped the entire time by Sam, he was a huge help i usually get low grade cheap phones. Im thrilled with my new galaxy, the pictures are great, battery life is even better Im very happy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
