the staff and pharmacists are top notch. very help knowledgeable, and personable. good selection of sugar free candy and sugar free electrolyte drinks.

I absolutely love the Penn Yan, NY store. The staff there are absolutely a delight and the new manager is outstanding, he goes above and beyond for his customers, I wanted a certain vitamin ordered and he had it there for me on their next truck. Again, outstanding!

I drive from wellsburg to Penn yen to do Scriptdrop (Roadie) for them lot of the time because honestly they are great people to deal with and friendly. Never once have I ever had a problem with them. I truly think they have a great team going on there.

I have used Rite Aid Pharmacy in Penn Yan since they came to town 25+ years ago. I left for a short time to discover that Rite Aid was where i needed to be. Yes they are not perfect but neither am i or the folks who give them 1 star.

We have been at Rite Aid for several years now, use automatic refill, and pay to go online....wonderful, wonderful service!!!

Most of the when I go to pick up my scripts at the drive thru, I wait at least 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Then I just drive off. the clerks aren't overly friendly and seem to be put out.

The pharmacy was a complete mess

Then Penn Yan rite aid pharmacy is by far the absolute WORST pharmacy around. They take forever to fill a prescription and then say oh sorry we're super backed up. Even when they've had the prescription weeks in advance. If your picking up certain and specific medications, or inquiring about them, the moment you ask their entire demeanor and tone changes from semi decent to straight judgment and arrogance. now I've come to learn it's not just me, they do it to EVERYONE. They even took TWO MONTHS to fill my son's CREAM, despite the number of times we called to ask why the hell it wasn't done yet! Terrible customer service all around.

I'm a type 1 diabetic so i deal with pharmacies quite often. The rite-aid pharmacy in penn yan is by far the biggest joke of a pharmacy I have ever dealt with. My doctor sends in my scripts before 10am and I call the pharmacy at 7pm to be told my script isn't going to get filled today(but it's in stock). How can that even be legal for something I need to function? The people are usually miserable as well, acting like they are extremely overworked. Not always a pleasant place to go but its also the only place that carries my meds at all times so I don't have to wait for ordering so I guess I have to deal with it. Get your s*%t together.

One of the worst pharmacies I have ever dealt with. 1 month is all the same with my prescriptions then the next one they say my one medication that I have been on for years is more regulated and need to wait another week to get it. All the employees are not on the same page. One tells you one thing then the next says something totally different.
