Fox Run Vineyards

Fox Run Vineyards is a must visit - great selection of wines, a vineyard tour and amazing food all under one roof! Right from when we entered the winery we were impressed with its look and feel. We really wanted to experience a vineyard tour to know more about how the grapes are grown and made into wine and for $15, this tour helped us answer all our questions. Kayla was our amazing guide! We ordered a wine flight (you can pick between sweet, dry, red/rose and Riesling) and loved them all so much, it was hard to pick which ones to buy. The food takes some time to be ready but is so tasty. We tried the garlic pizza and cheesy garlic bread. With great views of the Seneca lake, this place is surely worth your time and money!

We stopped here because after a trip to Portugal the Port Wine was of interest. It was good, but so were several other offerings. Indoor and outdoor seating available to enjoy some tastings. Food also available to purchase.

One of our favorite wineries in the Finger Lakes! Great wine, including an educational (and generous!) tasting with Dee, and a beautiful space. We were happily surprised to discover that they have a cafe with a full menu of fresh delicious food. We love fox run!

Beautiful winery with a great selection of wines! We really enjoyed the tasting flights on their deck overlooking the water. Kid and dog friendly. Wonderful experience!

The staff was super friendly and gave great suggestions for local things to do. We really enjoyed our tasting and bought wine to take home.

One of my favorite places to grab lunch on the west side of Seneca Lake. From light salads to heartier flatbreads, their menu is locally-inspired and full of fresh, delicious choices. If the weather cooperates, you can dine on the deck. Lovely all around!

What better or more scenic spot for a flight of white or red than this clean and popular vineyard in the finger lakes. Knowledgeable staff with long experience know their stuff, and make a novice feel welcome. There are plenty of places to toast and imbibe with comfort and poise. Love the gift selection and gorgeous grounds. Amiable atmosphere and a taste of the region’s sublime and cozy feels.

My husband and I came here for a tasting and were surprised that they had an eatery inside. We got food before our tasting and it was phenomenal. After we were finished it got really busy at the tasting area but we were quickly accommodated. The worker who spoke to us about the wines and served us was named Alora. She made this experience a 5-star experience. It felt like we were tasting wines with an old friend. We thought we would buy maybe one wine but we had such a wonderful experience with Alora we walked away with three. Make sure you stop at this winery when visiting the area!

This place was busy, but for good reasons! The wine was great and they had a nice gift shop area. The real highlight of this place, however, was the food! We got the club, macaroni, and tacos and every single dish was phenomenal.

This is the winery to go to! If you're overwhelmed by the options in the gorgeous Finger Lakes, pick this one. A full cafe for food or snacks with vegetarian options, gorgeous inside and outside views and delightful wines it's hard to find a better option. Reservations are not taken or required for seating or tours so just check it out. Flights are very affordable and some of the better wine I've had. Definitely a must go!

Dry Rose 2022 was (is) a great wine for sharing over a friendly brunch with friends. No matter how particular and fussy some people are about what they consider to be "good" wine or proper pairings (not that they are all that expert!), everyone enjoyed and filled their glass for a second time (and a couple for a third!). Good thing I had bottles in reserve! A very friendly and enjoyable wine that complemented without competing with brunch. A good choice.

LOVED the taste buds tasting. I grabbed a few bottles to take back to the mitten state. I just adored the wine and food pairings, they were spot on. Brought out different flavors on your palate. I would return again and experience more of the menu and wine offerings. Great experience and service

I’ve been to Foxrun on multiple occasions and each time it has been a wonderful experience! I love to come here for lunch as their food and wine is delicious. I’ve tried their pub pretzel sticks that come with a Chardonnay cheese sauce and their signature club sandwich as well, and both items were super flavorful. I’ve also gotten a few of their flights to try and even though I’m not a huge wine drinker, they were very good! I also like that they sell nonalcoholic beverages here for anyone who might not be drinking. The winery itself is beautiful, with a gorgeous view of the lake, and the staff here is super friendly. Overall this place is a must-stop!

My friends and I had a lovely time Fox Run. We did the self-paced option where we received a flight for $10 and sat outside while we sampled the wine. They also had real food at their café which I appreciated. It was the perfect lunch spot!

The day we went wasn’t crowded and we didn’t feel rushed at all. The views were stunning and the whole location is very cute and quaint. I ended up buying their reserve Chardonnay. I’d definitely return!

The food was Yum ! We ordered Quiche and white garlic pizza, and they are too good !

Fox Run Vineyards

Fox Run is a beautiful winery. Although they were extremely busy, they had plenty of staff to deal with the crowds. I enjoyed my flight of wine outside in their vineyard. I bought a bottle of wine that had a hint of concord and reminded me of when our family made homemade wine from concord grapes.

There is a private tasting room and a view of the lake, and there are amazing views of the vineyard outside. Fox Run a popular, beautiful, and always on my list of stops at Lake Seneca.

We stopped in on a quiet Thursday for my out of town boyfriend to experience some Finger Lakes wine. The gal doing our tasting was super nice and informative. We loved her recommendations and enjoyed a glass of wine and charcuterie board on the porch. Definitely recommend the charcuterie board!

Great Wines, very good food. But the best part are people who care. They went out of there way to make space for us with our dog when it was raining outside.
