My laptop fans went bad so I brought it to this nice gentleman he had it fixed within an hour or so after dropping it off. It runs better than before I would definitely come back to him with any other computer repairs!

I received excellent service from Shaka. He is the most reliable computer professional I have worked with, and I've worked with a few. I'm technologically challenged, but he made everything very easy for me. His service was thorough and he worked pleasantly and patiently, considering my very limited understanding of what my computer is doing at any given time. What can I say that hasn't already been said? Shaka was a pleasure to deal with. The turnaround time was quick, the price was very fair, he was completely transparent in all his explanations/recommendations. I highly recommend his services if you are in need of any kind of computer repairs/tweaks. Not only did he fix a GFX card problem I was having with my with laptop, he even followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was running smoothly. Now THAT'S good service! I usually don't write reviews, but Shaka is an Amazing hard working and honest individual. As a computer hobbyist with an engineering background, I can tell you he knows his stuff. Recently, I was bedridden and my "baby" (AKA gaming beast) was out of commission. Unwillingly, I did some research on Google and found Shaka for whom I entrusted my baby.
Shaka informed me of every issue along the way and worked around my schedule which I HIGHLY appreciate. After all the work, he gave me an excellent price. Best customer service and price.
He is officially my go-to person when I can't work on my baby or any other computer issues.

Excellent and knowledgeable service. I didn't have time to do the repair myself and Shaka performed the repairs to my laptop at a level of quality I would expect from myself, so I may never disassemble another computer with the reasonable rates and fast turn around time. I worked for many years as an Electrical Engineering Technician and am qualified to inspect, troubleshoot & repair Military Spec. digital circuitry. This repair would have passed with flying colors. Do not hesitate to hire this impressive and affable young man.

Shaka is very knowledgeable about how computers and programs work. I called him on the phone because I was having trouble with the speed of internet and also having trouble downloading software I needed for my business. Shaka was amazing and amazingly patient with me. He helped me download the software and internet access is good now. I have so much confidence in Shaka's ability to fix anything that's wrong with my computer. I'm a long time client of his and recommend him highly to everyone and anyone who will listen. This young man is an awesome restorer of computers. If he can't get a computer to work, then I don't think anybody can. And his prices are the best in the market. Can't do better than Shaka.

While most computer repairs are long drawn out processes, going to Shaka was quick and painless. He told me what was wrong, and then fixed for a very reasonable price. When my laptop stopped working, I figured it was time for a new one. I thought if I could get someone to fix it, I would have a spare for those times. It turned out to be a vexing problem and I was ready to throw in the towel. Shaka thought he would be able to fix it so I thought "why not?". And fix it he did. The charge was very reasonable and I saved the cost of a new laptop. If I have any problems in the future, I know where I'll go.

Shaka is technically competent. He very quickly diagnosed my computer's problem, replaced the defective part, and quickly returned the unit. His charge was reasonable, and he made a check-up call the following day.

Shaka was super helpful in diagnosing and fixing the problem, and was incredibly accommodating to my college student circumstances. He picked up my computer and dropped it off - boom - all better. He was flexible to schedule changes and did great work, plus continued to check in to make sure everything kept working okay.

Shaka was a great help. Very knowledgable and dealt with my questions several times throughout the day as I called him a lot haha. His prices are very fair and he is willing to go the extra mile to help out and make sure you're satisfied. I will for sure be back with any electronic issues I may have. He also sells a couple of laptops and pc parts at a very good price. He sold me a working Hard drive for my pc for cheap and even installed it real quick.

Shaka was very helpful!! I went to him because I had a virus on my laptop. He was very patient and attentive. He knew exactly what to do and was able to save all the things I wanted to keep on my laptop. He fixed it within about two hours and I was able to check my laptop and make sure everything was the way I wanted it before paying him. The cost was very affordable(unlike Bestbuy which I went to first) and if you know the cost to remove a virus from Bestbuy then you know how expensive it can be. I will definitely go back to him for any technological issues again.

Getting my 2 computers repaired was a snap with Shakas professional service ...he is honest reliable and very knowledgable ..I had replaced and old computer that was freezing ..he got down to the root of the problem ..a lack of some heat resistant resin in the power transformer and repaired it instead of replacing it and even improved the speed of my new computer ..On top of that he supplied me with a couple connecting cords for free! I recommend him to anyone that wants fast reliable resonably priced service!
