Super high tech, and informative appointment. Dr. Carroll reviews your X-rays and photos of each tooth with you. There’s a screen in front of you to follow along. The staff is super friendly, and everything was on time. Best Syracuse dental experience!!

I had my first experience today with the amazing staff at Dr.Thomas Carroll’s office. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and the atmosphere was very upbeat. I’ve been very nervous to go to a dentist and I never once felt judgement from anyone about how overdue I was for an appointment. They were incredibly thorough with their diagnostics and exam. I was very impressed with the hygienist and Dr.Carroll. The entire staff was very personable. They were very affordable even if you don’t have insurance. I will recommend them to anybody and I look forward to my next visit!

Always a terrific experience! Dr. Carroll is very personable and strives to maintain a personal connection at every visit. The office staff is truly exceptional. From the logistics to the face to face interactions, they ensure that your experience is a positive one. As a long time patient, I have gotten to know many of the hygienists and, again, I can attest… OUTSTANDING. They are thorough with their cleanings and offer a detailed explanation whenever necessary. For these reasons, my family and I will never go anywhere else!

I wasn’t prepared to be wowed by my dentist. But on my first visit, that’s what happened. Carroll Dentistry is modern dentistry at its best. The office is impeccable. Love Dr Carroll and his entire staff. I’ve been going there for several yrs now and they always greet you when you come in, and they are all so professional. After each cleaning, Dr Carroll comes in to see X-rays and check your mouth and teeth himself. Very well run business. Takes the “ouch” out of going to the dentist 😀

I really appreciate the level of care and professionalism Dr Carroll and his team provide at every visit. The hygienists are wonderful, the front desk ladies are excellent and I’ve recommended them to several fellow employees and friends. Dr. Carroll is very personable, competent, and to a great extent… an artist. He creates crowns right there in the office and it’s amazing to see everything he does to give a perfect fit and look. Everyone there is very impressive!

The minute I walked into Dr Carroll’s office I was met with a warm, welcome greeting & plenty of smiles ! I felt very comfortable right away. His assistant was very friendly, thorough & efficient in preparing me for my first exam with Dr Carroll. The Dr is very professional & very nice. Dr. Carroll fabricated a new tooth/crown to replace one that broke off over the weekend. He was decisive, assured; worked quickly and surely. He informed me on the process when I showed interest. The outcome was a perfect tooth--looks like it was there forever. He was pleasant, cordial, as were the technician and the front-office staff. This is invariably true; an amazing group of professionals. Should add that his local anesthesia is as close to painless as it gets!

They are all very pleasant and professional, and have gone out of their way to accommodate me for emergency appointments and rescheduling. It starts with the excellent office staff who always greets you with a smile ( You can even see it through their Covid mask! ) and a hearty welcome. Fortunately, my visits lately have been limited to a routine check up and a thorough teeth cleaning. The dental hygienist I see is Kayla. Although I have been seeing her for a relatively short period of time ( around 2 years), I am so satisfied and thankful that she is providing my oral health care.
