They are very efficient they got me in as soon as possible. They explained everything that I need to have like the cleanseness of the place. I like the workers they're very pleasant. I believe this connection to Aspen dental will work out fine for me.

Our son had his wisdom teeth removed and we had a pleasant experience overall - ease with scheduling the appointment, everyone was very friendly and helpful, he was taken back on time and his procedure was finished earlier than expected. Would definitely recommend to others.

The staff at this office were professional, courteous, friendly and very well-trained. I have had dental issues since a very young age so I have been to many dentists' offices. I consider this office to be top notch!

The staff were great and it was easy to make an appointment. The check up was complete and I was given an itemized list of treatments needed and cost and plan options. The staff was very helpful .

Needed oral surgery, everyone at this office was professional. Surgeon did not go over any of the complications prior to surgery, the consent form just gets handed to you by a front desk staff (and they expect you to just sign it), not cool. Giving 5 stars for a procedure well done with no complications while recovering.

Dr. Finlay and his staff are superb. They go above and beyond, explain everything and make sure you are as comfortable as possible. Minus the pain in certain instances, they make going to the dentist enjoyable.

My visit started with an unbearable wisdom tooth pain 2 months ago. Office got me in as soon as they could (called on a wednesday, got in on a friday). Aspen dental is not like making an appointment with your average dentist, so don’t expect getting your tooth pulled immediately. Aspen has a surgeon come in about twice a month. So if you call them, they will simply let you know prior to walking in, so you don’t just assume your tooth will be pulled that day.
However, what will happen, is that the doctor will check and give you antibiotics and painkillers before the scheduled procedure, so you are comfortable in the mean time.
They also let me know what else needed to be done as a new patient who hasn’t been to the dentist in awhile… and NO they didn’t pressure me into anything.
My husband and I love this place. Its always nice and clean. Ladies are super sweet and friendly and Dr. Kirk is fantastic! You will not be disappointed at the camillus office.

The Team members are so fast and efficient! The surgeons have a sense of humor. Every time I've came to this Aspen I've had a great experience! I highly recommend this location!

I was very happy with the service, once I got in the procedure was very professional and quick, I do feel that waiting as long as I had to get an appointment wasn't the best, but I was pleased with the service.

Found the dental office very organized and the staff were professional and communicated to me all aspects of my future procedures.

I'm in the process of getting 2 implants so I've been in the office a lot. Most everyone is pleasant and helpful. The dentists are the best I've experienced in my entire life.

Nine teeth removed using novacaine. Totally painless. Great dentist and staff. Highly recommend.

They gave my dad and I free dental care for veterans day, which was really amazing of them. Especially to include children of veterans. Then we show up, and the office is decorated and there was free snacks for veterans. It was really nice they went above and beyond, and my dad was so happy. My hygienist was so great, and so was the dentist. Would highly recommend

I had a small chip in a tooth that was bothering me. My primary dentist left me out in the cold because he had to go on vacation. I was going away on business and Dr Finlay and team took care of me pain free and made me comfortable again. I had never been to this office before and I felt like I had been going there for years. The office manager was also extremely helpful and awesome. She explained everything clearly and with detail regarding insurance. Very happy with my visit.

Finding out I needed $5000
worth of dental work was shocking. Ann the office manager tried to soften the blow but what can I say.
Now to the issue at hand.
On Tuesday one of my teeth decided to come loose so I called the Camillus office to schedule an emergent appointment to my dismay after 6 messages and a call and email from management I have yet to get a return call.
Am not feeling the lack of service.
Addendum:
I finally received a email from the new office manager Kaycee after the receipt of the email within 2 days I had a appointment for impressions, 2 days later I had the bad teeth removed and received my partial plate, 3 days later I was in for a check up. I was very pleased with the service I received from Dr. Finley and Kaycee and the remainder of the staff. They made me feel very comfortable. Thank you for your care. I will continue to be a patient with Aspen and Dr. Finley

This time I was treated with so much kindness and so much respect including even the doctor who was so nice and such a wonderful. I did not feel a thing when he was in my mouth and when he injected me I did not feel anything this is how wonderful this gentleman was. And the people at that office and that's the Camilla office that I will recommend as many people as I can to your office and thank you and God. Bless you all.. I’m having implants done on my lower teeth. Yesterday they put the screws in the implants. Work was quick and relatively painless

Friendly, quick and excellent service all around. Did not try to talk me into things I didn’t need. Dentist and staff were wonderful.
