Brought my car in for a headlight replacement and inspection, and the service team found a major issue I wasn’t even aware of. They were able to break down the problem in a manner I could understand and realize the severity of, they even showed me the parts that are failing.
I primarily worked with Jonathan, but he and the rest of the team made me feel great that they went the extra mile in keeping me and my vehicle safe.

Been a customer of Burdick for 15+ years and my past service was worse experience I have had. Received a call from the customer rep a few days after service and explained my displeasure as was told issue would be corrected and someone would be in touch. Been 3 weeks and guess what? No one has been in contact. Burdick has lost a good customer,
