Highly recommend! Great service and reasonable prices! I feel very confident bringing my car here that they will diagnose and fix the problem without taking advantage of me. They communicate with me throughout the day.

I have a difficult time explaining any car issues I have and when I called Plony’s they were extremely kind and patient. My car broke down in my driveway so I had it towed to the shop. Within 5 minutes of the car arriving I had a phone call to explain my issues and they walked me through what the problem may be and what the cost may be as well. Once determining the issue, they called to get my permission to move forward with the transaction and had it ready for me to drive home by the end of my work day. As someone who just moved to the area I’m happy to find such great service with great prices as well. Highly recommend!

Very friendly. I don't believe they would tell you you need something done to your car unless you really needed it.

A co-worker referred me to Plony's for brake work that was needed on my car. I thought something was wrong with both the front and back brakes. I took my car there and found the staff to be honest, courteous and friendly. They fully explained the problem was with the front breaks and that they needed to be replaced, however the rear brakes were in great shape and didn't need anything. My car was ready when they said it would be and the price was very reasonable. They also took care of my tire that had a slow leak in it for no additional charge. I'm glad I found a place to take my car for service that I'm very comfortable with. I have referred friends and family to them and they have been pleased as well.

I was able to get an appointment when I wanted it. Everyone is professional, yet down-to earth in dealing with me as a customer. They demonstrated integrity (that many dealers do not have) as they fixed an issue with my car from previous work they had completed at no cost to me. All work was completed on a timely basis. I highly recommend them!!

Plonys did honest work, very professional, also I know that I can trust them to perform as expected. Important also they are less expensive than the dealer who proved to be dishonest in the work that we needed done. Great job, thumbs up will use for both of our vehicles from now on.

An error was discovered on the billing after the work was completed. After a short discussion, the error was corrected and billing adjusted without any incident. Very professional and willing to provide excellent service . Tried other competitors and have finally found a garage with integrity and worthy of customer trust. Would and have already recommended to friends and family!
