By George to the rescue! I showed up late one Friday afternoon needing 40lbs of wings for a weekend event thinking I had made it there before closing. Nope...I realized I missed it by a full 1/2hr when I tugged on a locked door. To my surprise, a woman in the office actually noticed me and popped her head out a side door as I was headed back to my truck to see if she could help me. She could have just as easily ignored me as I had no idea anyone was still around but she saved the day by getting me what I needed. I only wish I had remembered to get her name to recognize her here for choosing to provide excellent customer beyond regular business hours when faced with the opportunity.

I work for a local bar and By George has always saved us no matter if it’s in a pinch or mile. With the friendliest customer service and quick product outcome, they stay the best in the game for their craft. Delivery and pickup services never miss. Thank you, By George for the amazing years of service!

Had an appointment to deliver a load on 8/24/21 @ 10:30am. Arrived on 8/23/21 around 3:30pm and they took me and had me unloaded within 15 minutes. The young man that unloaded me was very nice and professional at all times.

Question can a non business order and pick up

I had my first experience with By George today. Due to the Covid19 situation I grew tired of endlessly searching all the grocery stores and online sites for flour. I had to phone them 3 times to ask questions about what I was looking for. Each time my calls were cheerfully answered and employees were patient and courteous. When I got there my order was taken care of quickly and brought out to my car following all the guidelines for social distancing. The items I purchased were so much less than what I buy in the grocery store.
I don’t know why I never thought to go there before but I will definitely be a repeat customer.
