Friendly, clean, and efficient. They got us in quickly as new patients to the practice and were able to fix a filling issue with a previous root canal in my front tooth. It looks much better now, as it was starting to discolor. I am very satisfied with our care here.

Sheila is the kindest, most wonderful hygienist I’ve ever been to! Her presence is calming and she really cares about me and keeping my gums and teeth healthy! Dr. Justiniano does such great work, I felt no pain during my fillings! The entire office staff is so friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

I have not been to a dentist in years due to not finding one that is nice, professional, and caring over the patient and not the money. Dr Justianiano is just what I have been looking for. Her and her staff are amazing! Professional, friendly, and it was a great experience overall. I am actually looking forward to going to the dentist again because of her and her team. I’m a new patient at ProSmile CNY and already feel very welcomed. The receptionist is very friendly and sweet and the staff is all very nice. I just had my first cleaning and was pleased with the service. Tina is a wonderful hygienist and really takes her time making patients feel comfortable! I’ve already recommended their office to friends and family, if you’re in the Syracuse area definitely check them out!

As a first time patient, I loved the atmosphere and the professionalism of all the staff. I came initially because of the high reviews so I wanted to review it myself to bring others here. The hygienists are very nice and GENTLE with cleanings. As someone who hated going to the dentist this was very important. My cleaning was very comfortable and I felt like my hygienist really cared about the work she was doing. I would recommend this place to my family and friends! A very high quality dental experience and I am so happy I found this place!!!

They are very professional, very competent, and everyone is so friendly both on the phone (they were very flexible dealing with a tough schedule) and throughout my appointment. All the of the safe were very friendly. Dr. Maricarmen was extremely kind. Also made me feel comfortable and made me laugh. Overall a great place!
