The very best DQ I have been so far! The customer service was a hit — specifically, the first day of standard time 2023, 11-05-2023, and around afternoon. The young lady in the register was the best that I wish to have. She had a beautiful smile — well, it’s a complement. She was always standing up; although, her job may seem to be very stressful. Fast food type of multitasking? Wow! It’s fabulous. I have never been negatively bothered because I understand how does customer service works, but her eagerness of working is very great. I would ever come back so many times in this branch [Cicero, NY]. For food, it was so delicious. We had burgers, fries, and tenders. It may be pricey, but my satisfaction of being a customer there was positively okay.

It was a good place for a quick snack, I got a double cheese triple and it was so good, but I could barely eat it 'cause of how big it was- still good though. I also got a blizzard which was also great, they tipped it iver in front of me and yep--

My friend had never been in one of the New Style building , the last time was in Rome NY, they are gone years ago, Because she goes above and beyond her job with me! She wanted to Stop and we did! Loved our Chicken baskets!

Never had a bad experience and best onion rings ever, has burger king and even applebees beat by a long shot.

Super clean, food as good as I remember. (I was far away from a Dairy queen for years!!!). It was a great experience!

This was my First Time going to Dairy Queen! I will be going back again. Friendly Staff and very helpful... I don't eat much and I was able to order a Kid's Hotdog Meal!!!!!

Even though they seemed to be short staffed and having some register issues they were very polite and running around trying to take care of all of the customers. So the staff was amazing and so sweet. The food was also great I would definitely come back and recommend other people to come here as well.

I like that things have gotten much better. Still not sure if I want to try the chili dog again. Oh hell I will now that supply and demand has gotten somewhat better than before ( COVID )

Peanut butter pie blizzard is ridiculously delicious.

Excellent service, fries were hot and fresh,don't think you'll find better onion rings anywhere,for any price. But my burger was obviously microwaved,blistering hot,tough and rubbery to eat.All and all, l was satisfied,and will go again.

Liam is wonderful! I had a huge order for my family gathering and everyone loved their food! and took less than 10 mins to get it all together.

The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Service was fast, and the food we got was delicious. We'll be back to this location for sure.

Though the line was really long for the drive-thru, it went rather quickly. We got burgers and onion rings, which were pretty good. We also got a strawberry shake and that was phenomenal. I would definitely return, especially if I am having a craving for a shake.

I love dairy queen the one that took our order I think her name was bee she was so so so so sweet and definitely deserves recognition

Great food....tasty treats!!! Good fast food place for larger kids and small kids....even kids at heart! This always takes me back to....." a good Ol' Ice Cream Cone".

Went here after Christmas Shopping JUST FOR A SMALL VANILLA/CHOC. TWIST!
***last year around this time my Grandson had a few kids out at GET AIR (trampoline gym) for his birthday Dec.16 and then we treated all the kids here for dinner/ice cream!!! 😛😄😃🍦🍨🍨🍦🍦🎂🎂🤣
