Called around to see if the practice was excepting new patients lots of places are not seeing new patients currently this office was but booking for new patients into next year, and once I told the receptionist what was going on and we hung up and I went to continue my search the receptionist Bonnie called me back and said she spoke to the doctor about my situation he told her to book me. She Immediately called me back without me even giving my number and said the dentist would see me today. I went in the office was very clean and everyone was very professional. No long wait time at all I was in and out very fast. With all needs met. Highly recommend this place to all.

I am so fortunate that a good friend referred me to Dr Swartwood, DDS, several years ago.
I feel very comfortable there, unheard of by most folks who dread seeing "the Dentist!" They have bright clean comfortable setting - beautiful plants indoors, flowers outdoors in warm weather. Each one of the Team has a relaxed while professional ability to put the "patient" at ease... their entire staff go out of the way to ensure you are treated with the kind of care you'd hope to find. I highly recommend Dr Swartwood.

Dr. Swartwood was my dentist for a long time, but when my insurance changed, I made the HUGE mistake of switching to a different dentist. I will never make that mistake again. My whole family is back with Dr. Swartwood's office and we will never go anywhere else. We feel at home as soon as we walk in, and he is amazing at getting to the bottom of any issues we have and helping us with the minimal amount of treatment necessary. Joanne's cleanings are so quick and gentle, and she is patient and wonderful with our children. I recommend this office to everyone.

I have never enjoyed going to the dentist. My previous dentist told me I had awful teeth and was not gentle at all. I decided to give Dr. Swartwood a try. This was hands down the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. He listened to my concerns and took his time to look over my teeth. He was gentle and stated that my mouth looked good. Everyone in the office was kind and caring. I 10000% recommend this place for anyone looking for a dentist.

Dr. Swartwood is the best dentist I have ever had. He is extremely caring, very good at his job, and affordable. when I was younger I was not fortunate to have a good dentist, or even dental insurance. My teeth suffered very badly and when I moved to Syracuse I needed to have a lot of work done. I have been with him since 1993 - and I have been extremely happy with all the work he has done for me over the years. Five stars all the way.

I have never been found of going to the dentist but I have found one that makes it almost pleasant because of how I am treated. From Dr Swartwood himself to Joanne his hygienist and Gayle the secretary you feel at home as soon as you walk in. His assistant, Tammy
is very friendly and professional. My husband and I are both patients. We travel from Henderson down to his office for our appointments and once we started with him never considered switching for convenience sake.

The best dentist I've ever had .I had two recent dental emergencies right before the holidays, Dr. Swartwood's office got me right in and made temporary dental repairs that got me through the holidays and then some. I believe Randy Swartwood is at the top of his game as a dentist with the latest technologies and skills. I have always had a great experience during my visits and find the fees very reasonable. I have been going to Dr. Swartwood, his wife Joanne and Gayle for several years and have found all of them to be interested in helping their patients by providing quick appts., courtesy, professionalism, kindness and the understanding of their patients problems and how to help them at the lowest price available. I couldn't be more pleased with any other dentist. He also goes out of his way to make sure the procedure does not hurt. That is very important to me. Highly recommended and they are in the Onondaga Hill area- very convenient to reach.

We switched our dental care to Dr. Swartwood about 5 years ago. I can't say enough about the great care we receive. Always running right on time, efficient, hygenists are amazing, Dr. Swartwood has some awesome equipment that my other dentist did not have.

My husband, Ed, and I have been patients of Dr. Swart wood for many years. He is the best dentist. .he even has come into work on a weekend twice when Ed had problems. His dental assistant, who is also his wife, Joanne is wonderful. You are warmly greeled by his receptionist, Gayle.who is a great taskmaster between the phone, incoming patients and any other responsibility she has. Ed and I both would highly recommend Dr. Swart wood and his staff.

I have been a dental patient of Dr, Swartwood for years. Even though I am now a Florida resident the last few years I still come back to Syracuse
for my dental care. I just have more confidence on him than the dentist
here in Florida whom I got the impression are more interested in doing
more work than what is really needed. I just trust his judgement and competence.

Dr. Swartwood is the best dentist in Syracuse, hands down. In fact he might be one of the best in New York State. He is an artist. Absolutely try him if you have the opportunity. You'll be sorry you didn't have him your whole life. I feel very lucky...

We love Dr. Swartwood and all his staff. They are so nice and caring and know who we are without needing to check in. They are wonderful with our kids and very accommodating for emergencies. Would recommend to anyone!
