They always seem to have what I am looking for and the service is always educated and pleasant.

+A plus customer service. Bought brake caliper bolt kit. They deliver to my house in one hour. I ask them charge 5 dollars for delivery. But they didn’t. At the same time. I am very disappointed about autozone. I placed order for the bolt kit last night and paid online with next day shipping. When I asked autozone for tracking. But autozone say there is no my order and asked me to contact my bank to take my money back. I definitely will use Napa in the future. Thank you.

Great service, very knowledgeable countermen. Always willing to make recommendations on cost saving options. Have even stayed a few minutes after closing time so I could get a half shaft to fix my car and not delay my vacation.
