The ladies in the pharmacy here are champions. They are clearly understaffed and backed up. Today i was there, people were being pretty rude and impatient, but they conducted themselves so well under pressure. Polite, direct and honest. Nothing but admiration for them and the pharmacist. People need to stop being jerks and respect the hard work these people do under obviously impossible circumstances. Such an efficient group.

My partner and I both got COVID booster and flu shots here. The woman who did our intake at the counter was efficient and thorough, and Mike, the pharmacist who administered our vaccines was clearly extremely experienced and we honestly had a lovely time. Both my parnter and I have made booster appointments at other local pharmacies which were either cancelled last minute, or we left because of how appallingly disorganized the pharmacy counter seemed. This experience far and away exceeded expectations and I'd definitely recommend it as a place to get vaccinated.

It's not Fifth Avenue in New York City, but it's a pharmacy with lots of extras. The pharmacy staff has been especially helpful when we've had medication "emergencies." The other staff is courteous, pleasant and enthusiastic - always with a smile and cheerful "Have a nice day." Their store hours are responsive the the community needs and they have been working hard to upgrade facilities. They did a great job supplementing their offerings when the closing of our local grocery left many high and dry. Imagine Millerton without it!

I got a drive through Covid test appointment here. There was a bit of a wait, but that is to be expected, especially during the busy Thanksgiving week. When I showed up at my scheduled time there were 5 cars ahead of me in line and it took about an hour to get up to the window. Didn’t catch the name of the woman who helped me but she was very kind, professional and thorough.

The only civilized retail store in Millerton.

Huge selection of items for cosmetics, housewares, stationery, refreshments and vitamins. Drive-through pharmacy and several automated kiosks. Competitive prices, well-organized lay-out and friendly staff. Oddly there are huge mobile air conditioning units at two points in the store.

So so CVS. Getting a little run down and their stock fluctuates wildly it seems. Most of the employees are decent but there a couple of mouth breathers in there.

Your pharmacy needs help, badly! I had 2 prescriptions phoned in by my doctor LAST Friday. That Saturday I went to pick them up, and they hadn't been filled. I stopped by each weekday evening, and they still weren't filled. At 10am this morning (Friday... a week after the scripts were called in), after waiting in line behind 7 other pharmacy customers for 15 minutes, I was told they STILL hadn't been filled, but they would be filled within the next 2 hours. I came back more than 4 hours later and had to wait in a line of 10 people, with more queuing up behind me. At long last!!! My prescription had been filled. Thank heavens it wasn't something life or death or I would have died long before anyone had time to fill my pills. We used to have a local pharmacy in Salisbury CT but CVS bought them out and they closed that pharmacy. Now the closest option is CVS and they can't keep up with the volume. SOMEONE PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!
