Being an elderly widow I needed a lot of help choosing cabinets, countertop, sink, and more for my kitchen remodel. The staff at this place was so patient and knowledgeable even with my own research, they exceeded my expectations. My kitchen is yet to be installed, but they do have some high quality products that I purchased for my kitchen. There is no high pressure sales techniques at all and they answered all my questions no matter how trivial. I highly recommend you check home outlet in North Syracuse before you go to other home improvement stores. Update: my cabinets and counter top are installed and they are beautiful! Even my contractor was impressed with the quality! Now I am purchasing lvp flooring from them to finish 2 floors of my home. Best customer service and best prices on quality materials. take my word when I tell you that you will not get the service from lowes or home depot that you get from these guys their service just cant beat.. i have ordered a few special order windows from them ..they are always perfectly sized and their prices are unbeatable...also I called and spoke with Chris about a window i had gotten from them that had a small hairline crack in it he said no problem just send me a picture of the damage ....1 phone call was all it took...great service and thank you Chris and Jeremy for your outstanding service you are truly appreciated

We were shopping for a Bathroom vanity and Brandon was there helping us and answering all our questions along the way. He was outstanding!!! Knowledgeable, friendly and just a nice guy. We definitely will be back for all our home improvement needs. Great prices, good selection and awesome service.

Very kind people. You don't back up all the way to the building. 20 feet away from building is what they prefer and they'll off load you with pallet jack and fork lift. I would definitely deliver here again.

Although we did not buy cabinets from this specific Home Outlet, they were able to work with the one in Dewitt to help us exchange a damage cabinet. Friendly staff willing to make a weird situation super easy!

Home outlet is great ! We are adding a new bathroom from scratch and We have purchased everything we can from the north Syracuse location Brandon and Chris are great ! The products are not cheap imitations they are high quality at discount prices . Our vanity and tile and shower all found in one place made me very happy also even the hardy board is cheaper here . Yesterday I needed a window at five mins to closing and Chris and Brandon we’re going to put it aside for me to pick up in the morning 15 minutes after closing time Chris called and told me that he had one set aside for me at another location since they did not have one in stock absolutely amazing customer service! I will tell anyone that will listen to shop here first

We have done our kitchen remodel and there was a lot we needed help with. Huge thank you to DOUG and Chris. Chris helped us out in few different situations which made is easier and less stressful. Also when we had issue with kitchen cabinets, DOUG helped us out. He was so nice,professional, knowledgeable. It was such a relief work with these guys. These guys are great and should be highly valued.

I remember coming here when my parents bought a home in NS. Nice items with reasonable prices. The large wood door with the iron caged peep door is so awesome!

Great place for great deals and wonderful staff. I Recently bought a fixer-upper house with a small unique shaped kitchen with a low/slanted ceiling. The kitchen had no wall cabinets only one shelf on the wall. With the kitchen being so small and the ceiling being low and slanted it was very difficult to figure out how we would get wall cabinets and still have counter space. Chris was SO helpful. He spent quite a bit of time helping us come up with ideas and how we could make things work. I've been in there several times since and he always asks me how things are coming along. Such a great employee

One of the best places for tiles. Prices are great, way cheaper then Lowe’s or Home Depot. The stuff know a lot and are really friendly.
