Greenwood Park

My favorite park! The lake is lovely and there's a small section that's open for swimming in the summer. There are plenty of picnic tables, trash cans, a huge parking lot, and a playground for kids. There's also a trail that goes around the perimeter of the lake - it's only about one mile, and it's a very pleasant walk. It goes through the trees so it stays nice and shady even on hot summer days. There are other trails there, too, but I haven't tried them.

Great little park. Beautiful quite. Kayak and paddle boat rentals. Senior discounts grills picnic tables. Beautiful water basketball area public bathrooms. We had a wonderful time at a beautiful place.

Great all around park that has all the amenities of a larger park yet it’s free.

Very beautiful and clean park. Well staffed. The sandy beach area was nice. Changing rooms and restrooms were clean and spacious. Good fishing access with boat rentals and camping areas. Planning on checking out the hiking trail next time.

I absolutely loved the winter scenery. Trails were winter prepared and had a great walk. I wore sneakers and didn't fall once.

Beautiful place with lots of room for the kids to run, a nice little beach, and a small playground. There are also covered areas with picnic tables, picnic tables out in the open, and restroom areas, although they are not open yet.

It's really beautiful, clean, and well taken care of Park. Very nice Beach area. Multiple Pavillions. Very Very nice campgrounds. Off the beaten path but under 10 minutes from of Whitney Point where you can grab food and supplies with 24hr gas stations.

Beautiful natural environment, away from car noise. Well kept trails.

Such a great place to have a get together! Plenty of room to bring outdoor activities and not be on top of the next party. There is trails to hike, boats to rent, a play ground and even a swimming area. They also have campsites available.

First time camping at this nice NY park. Recommend for camping, picnics, and family functions.

Beautiful woods, a full sand beach, camping and fishing. Like hiking here in the fall and it's dig friendly.

We met up with all our family and the park provided great opportunity for the grandkids! Camping, hiking, swimming, BBQ,bike riding and being with nature! The night sky is beautiful, so we were told!!! Our hotel was just outside Binghamton so the drive wasn't bad at all. Great place for family time!!!!!🎉

A relaxing park to visit during the summer. It's free with lots of parking. Unless you go on Labor Day or Memorial Day weekend it never seems to be too busy. Great place to go swimming and get a suntan laying on the grass. That boat's the rent that you can take out on the reservoir and a nice loop trail that you can walk or ride your bike on. It's also got changing rooms, restrooms and a concession stand with ice cream and other treats that are really good.

Great place to take a break from the daily grind. Beautiful lake, grassy expanses, and mature trees surround swimmers, boaters, and picnickers. Wide, shaded trails invite visitors to take a leisurely stroll or an easy hike. Head out to this clean and well-maintained park to relax, have fun, and make a few good memories.

The walking and hiking trails are great and well maintained. Nice pavilions, boating, and swimming.

Amazing Park 🏞 especially winter when the lake got Frozen to walk through.

Great beginning to intermediate mountain bike trails and hiking trails. Good fishing and camping.
