To have your delivery person:

1) arrive in a white unmarked van
2) not wear a uniform, but show up in a black hoodie with the hood up
3) open my screen door, and immediately try the handle to enter the house
4) go next door and do the same thing

Is very, very poor business etiquette. There are home invasions in this area all over the news this week. Why would an elderly person open their door when they aren't expecting a delivery, AND when they see something like that? They should call 911. And we did. Do something to keep this from happening to others.

Due to Covid. stores hours are reduced...Ok but you advertise store hours are open until 3pm...2:17pm I am in the parking lot and your closed

Only open from 9am til 3pm Mon- Through Friday, closed Sat and Sundays? Get your stuff Through Amazon.

They said they needed a copy of my drivers license to buy supplies from them. REALLY? Why? So much for shopping local and supporting a small business. The place I went to in Erie County did not need my ID.

Stopped once, they were bout to go on break, which was more important than helping me, So 💋 my A Double S
