This repair contractor is 100% price gouging. I have a tablet that is defective from the factory with the LCD screen going crazy, Samsung asked me to send it here, and now they're saying there's damage and it somehow voids the warranty without elaboration and they require $139 to fix. For context, I've never dropped it and the tablet has been used for approximately 3 hours in its lifetime.

Super shady and I hope Samsung drops these grifters. Will be following up with Samsung directly as I gather more evidence.

Samsung website says 12 to 14 days return time tomorrow is the 14th day

And yet their website says my my unit has been repaired and is waiting to ship out

So everyday I refresh that page, I split the screen using using my Galaxy note 20 ultra , And the split screen shows a 24 hour app showing the time and date giving digital proof through pictures with type and date stamp showing that it will not be sent out on the 14th day I have also taken taken this information down because I feel that litigation is going to be the only necessary next step step so I am thankful for you displaying this information so I know where to send disappeana

I sent a order about my tablet they tried to charge me $179 for a screen repair I paid $129 for the retail I reported them to the bbb I got a call from they saying they have to FIND my device for now on my going to apple I'm very disappointed
