Ed's Flooring America Hooksett

We replaced our bedroom carpet after 19 years. We could not be happier with the customer service at Ed's Flooring Hookset. Madison is a low key but knowledgeable sales person. Ed himself did the measurement and Carlos and Matthew did a perfect installation. Time will tell how the carpet wears but we hope for the best.

We enjoyed working with Madison who was very patient with us seniors. Very knowledgable and presented us with floor options that were within our budget. Ed was great when he came out to bid the job and Jack the installer was very personable and did an excellent install job. Whenever we called people at the store were very pleasant and helpful. Amazingly, I am writing nearly the same exact review as the previous poster! My husband and I moved to the area this year. We too bought a brand new house and wanted to put a runner on our wood stairs for our elderly dog. We also went to Ed’s Flooring first and also did not need to go looking anywhere else. I found the style rug I was looking for in their great selection and every step of the service, from Violet to Samantha to Ed to Curt was phenomenal. The prices were reasonable and the install was timely and of good quality. Thank you to everyone at Ed's Flooring. I love the runner!

My husband and I moved to the area a year ago. We bought a brand new house and wanted to put a runner and hardware on our wood stairs. We went to Ed’s flooring first and did not need to go looking anywhere else. There was a great selection and the service was great. We ordered our rug and hardware. I am so pleased with the new office floor that Ed's Flooring America installed - Galvanite Plank commercial grade. Not only is it great-looking, but the experience was first class from my initial contact until they cleaned up and left. Professional, courteous, responsive and competent - all the things that I wish every contractor could deliver. And the installation and quality of the product, as well as value, were superior to every other firm out there. Can't say enough about these folks!

I just worked on a TV commercial for Flooring America that we filmed in Ed's Flooring America, and I have to say I was really amazed by the wide selection of quality floor products they have. I'm in the process of planning my kitchen remodel project and got a lot of great design ideas after seeing the flooring styles in person. The prices seem absolutely reasonable but I was more impressed by the customer service. Ed's has the wide selection and price you'd expect from a national chain with the customer service of a family owned business. Everyone who passed through the doors got the friends & family treatment, and Ed himself is often in the store helping customers. My remodel plans are still in the works but I'll be back to Ed's once I'm ready for the install.

Our new vinyl floor and slate floor look great! Riley, who installed both floors, did a great job. He was professional and very helpful. He even went above and beyond by adjusting closet doors to make them fit. Thank you!

Amazing service!! Vylett was very helpful & responsive. We were able to a quick turnaround and had new carpet installed in time to list our house on the market. The installation techs were just as amazing. Everything turned out great! 10/10 would recommend!

Madison was great to work with on our flooring project. She was responsive and helpful during the planning stage. When it came time for installation, Riley was knowledgeable and professional.

Robert and Matt just installed a beautiful vinyl floor in our 100 year old house. The floor was installed in one day and the craftsmanship and professionalism was outstanding. Being an older house, we had a couple of problems that they were able to resolve on site with their flooring expertise. I highly recommend them if you need flooring.

We had our main bathroom tiled. The quality of work by Paul Christian was exceptional. Lots of nooks and crannies that required specialized cutting and fitting, all done to perfection. Cleanup at every stage of the process was much appreciated as well. End result exceeded our expectations! Thanks!

The whole process at Ed's was great from start to finish. Samantha on the sales floor was very knowledgeable about all the various types that they had. She was also very patient during my many visits to change my mind. The carpet and luxury vinyl I ended up with are amazing!

What an excellent, professional job Dan and James did installing luxury vinyl in our two bedrooms and hallway. When they noticed a bit of loose flooring, they were sure to screw it down first to make a durable underfloor before continuing. The transitions to rooms with other flooring look amazing. They also took our old carpet with them.

Steve followed up with an expert installation of the carpet and padding on the stairs.

Samantha and the team have been really great to work with. We're redoing the entire kitchen, Samantha found us a great piece of granite for the counter tops, tons of options for the tile backsplash and we found some nice hardwood for the floor. The Demo guys were great to work with and so was Jake who measured the countertops. We had reached out to a couple of local designers, they were all backed up for months. I am honestly very pleased with Ed's Flooring. Very glad I stopped in.
