This is a really big Ace Hardware, has a great nursery of plants and shrubs too! The staff is incredibly helpful, I always find what I need.

It is very rarely a time they don't have what I need to add to my installation materials. This year finding simple items such as electrical boxes and certain plumbing items has met many empty shelves. They are up front and let you know if anything is expected for arrival.. employees are very cordial. And thus store is on my constant travel path of rte 16 north

Refered here by some friends...We were looking for red Impatience plants. Did we hit the jackpot!! Not only did we find what we were looking for, but they had greenhouses of healthy, beautiful plants & flowers, at affordable prices! Such a therapeutic wonderland!! They definitely take care of their stock. Customer service was A+! (Did not have an opportunity to view the rest of the store.) Will definitely be back!😊

Kim the store manager and her friendly and knowledgeable staff can help you find many of your tool, paint and hardware needs. They also have greenhouses full of seasonal selections. As planting season comes to an end they will soon have Christmas Trees and wreaths.

Customer service is fantastic, ordered a Weber grill over the phone for a rental property 30 miles away and it was delivered within 2 hours saving the day so my tenants could cook on it tonight. I have been a customer in the past and now they have all my business.

This is a great hardware store, a very good selection and the staff is friendly and helpful. A very nice change from the big box stores.

I really like their plant selection in spring and summer. The greenhouse boss April is super helpful and nice.

@Rebecca: so you came into the store during COVID-19 pandemic and, in violation of CDC and state guidelines, expected to be allowed to walk around the store unmasked? I have not heard of any medical condition that exempts you from masking, and even if there was it would be unbelievably immoral and unethical for you to knowingly violate the guidelines and possibly spread disease to others, who might be made very ill or die. The mask mandate is not government over-reach, as your comment implies, it is a response to a major health crisis.

I need to stop looking at plants! Always a massive selection of everything you are and are not looking for. Excellent customer service people as well. Long time custom (20+years).

Well stocked for limited space. Prices higher than big box businesses, but Grainery is more convenient. Has large selection of flowers, herbs, seeds, plants and trees in the spring. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Store is clean, staff is super friendly and helpful. They seem to have a bit everything. Would recommend.
