Mike's Garage

My first time going to Mikes garage. Steve answered the phone and was professional, kind and got me in immediately. I needed a loaner and that was huge for me. They had one! I had a fuel line leak and so far so good! I’ll be back, but hopefully not for anything but an oil change! lol!

I had brought my car in to Mike's Garage to have some work done on it through my warranty company. They did a great job in a very reasonable time frame. I would be comfortable taking any of my vehicles here.

Brought in my '70 chevelle for an alignment, got it back the same day and they did a great job

I was visiting Faribault and had a scary significant car issue. Mike’s knew what was wrong, texted me prior to commencing work, fixed car in very good order. I googled replacement part cost and they gave me a fair price. Very good service It would have been more convenient if they were open on Saturday but they did a great job for me.

Mike's garage has been my go-to place for service for many years. Owning a 2004 Ford 6.0 Diesel, I have presented them with a variety of challenges over the years. ( I joke to my friends about my Adventures In Trucking 6.0!)

They have always rose to those challenges, and have gotten my vehicles going again. I am always impressed by the cleanliness of the shop, the responsiveness of the employees, and the ability to talk to them about my issues, and have them LISTEN to what I am saying. They have worked with me on numerous occasions to work through problem areas, and it has always been a win-win.

If I have to have service done that I can't handle myself, my first choice is always Mike's Garage. I trust them to do the job right, at a fair price.

I came in with a preexisting issue that was never resolved from another garage, not only did Mike’s get my vehicle in sooner than expected, but just as they say in their advertising, made me a part of it through the entire process which is always appreciated. Wonder customer service and just a very positive experience from start to finish. Very recommended. Will definitely be a long time customer.

This place is so clean and inviting. The staff have always been super friendly. I do recommend them.

Had my car towed to Mikes on a Saturday, they had it back up and ready by Tuesday. The communication they provided was clear and to the point and offered solutions to my car problem. Friendly staff!

(2009 Dodge 4500 6.7 cummings) Brought my truck to Mike's Garage twice now. First time I had it towed from another shop to Mike's, they checked it out and found out the truck blew an injector. I had them replace all injectors for a vary fair price, every place I called was high on their price to fix it. Second time I brought my truck to Mike's was to have the turbo replaced. Mike's was honest and very affordable. They did a great job with the repair's. This shop has earned my trust and I will be only having Mikes do any future repair's on my vehicles. The staff there are very nice, easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable. Mike's Garage Rocks! Thank You to all the staff at Mike's for doing great job!

This place is amazing. They didn’t overcharge me and they didn’t take advantage of me. The waiting room was cozy with coffee, and water and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed.

I was going through town on a long road trip with a camper trailer. My trailer lights weren’t working, so I stopped at Mike’s to see if they could help. I went in and the receptionist said that all the mechanics were busy, but that she would see if the manager could take a look. He said yes! And when I told her I was worried about my dog in the car, she said it was fine to bring her in. So my dog and I sat for ten or fifteen minutes in the waiting area. The manager came out and said it was all set—a wire connection was loose, and he was able to fix it, no problem! No charge! Very good experience! Sweet folks, clean well organized space and team! Thank you!

I have a landrover and not a ton of places here work on those but Mike’s had the tools and got the part super fast and fixed it so fast! I would totally go back to them. Yeah I most likely won’t go to anyone else, they were honest and nice and really care about their customers.

Great communication /updates from Steve, gave options, and went the extra step of topping off the tires when they saw the tire light… even though I was there for different issues. They were very accommodating working me into their schedule quickly. Thanks Mike’s Garage!

What a GREAT experience! We were driving from Kansas back to Minnesota with a newly purchased food truck. Issues as we were coming into town. Stopped into Mike's Garage and Dan took great care of us. Nice and professional. Very knowledgeable. Thank you Dan for getting us back on the road. We would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs or general maintenance. Thanks again!

Mike's is definitely the best place we've ever brought our car to for repairs as well as diagnosing problems. Reasonable prices and very trustworthy. Love that they take pictures of the problems as they diagnose them so you can see what's going on (and in my case I love to be able to send my Dad the link to the pictures so he can see too.) They also have a really nice play area for the kids while we wait. (5 stars from our toddler!) Thanks for everything you do, Mike's Garage!

Was having issues getting my car started and happened to live next to one of the people who works there named Dan he came over to help and within 10 minutes had the car started

Brought my car there after replacing my ignition and the car still wouldn’t start… they walked me through the process painlessly.. helped me get the best possible outcome… and I am very satisfied I now have my car running.. my service was OUTSTANDING… I will never bring another vehicle elsewhere..
