JOANN Fabric and Crafts

Literally the BEST experience I've ever had at a Joann Fabrics. And I've been to all of the locations in the metro and Central MN. I highly recommend the Faribault location if you have a choice. I had a very large amount of fabric that I was helped with at the cutting counter by two of the staff members and instead of being annoyed by my heaping carts full of fabric (like every other location treats me) they were warm, welcoming, kind, and were cracking jokes to keep the mood light and the line that was forming entertained. This was above and beyond my expectations for customer service at this store, so much so that I needed to write a raving review as my customer experience seems to be on the decline at many stores lately. I was just blown away by how pleasant my experience was here. Keep up the great work and give the guys there that helped me out a raise ;).

This is a awesome place to go if you are in faribault Minnesota. I highly recommend this place to go and shop at.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with what you are looking for. This place sits next to a strip mall and a Walmart.

The amount of items they have is more than the ones I have been to in California. I like the cleanness and the place smells good.

The prices here are better and cheaper than the ones I have been to in California. There is alot of parking spaces for you to park at.

They have a big selection of fabric and fabric related items that you will need for your projects you have started.

I am definitely going to be shopping at the one while I'm in town visiting family. If you are in town visiting or just live here. I definitely recommend this joann's fabric place for you to go to for all of your crafting and sewing needs.

Ordered online for pick up at store. Easy to use website and my order was ready to go on 2 hours on a Sunday. Lots of fabric and craft items to choose from.

Limited hours currently! Before you make the drive, make sure to call and speak with an employee about their hours (the hours are not correct on the automated message). Currently their hours as of 6/30/22 are limited do to staffing issues: Sun Closed, Mon thru Sat 10am-3pm. I love this store as it is useful for purchasing craft supplies like ribbon, baking supplies, sewing supplies, fabric, yarn, embroidery floss, felt, beading, diamond dotz, perler beads, crosstitch supplies, and fun seasonal kids crafts.

I had never been there before. What a beautiful store! Nice selections of everything I needed. Very friendly and helpful employees!!

So recently purchased the cricket and had a few questions went in Hailey took my name and number and said she would do some investigating and get back to me. A few days later she called and answered all my questions. She may not have known the answers to my questions right then and there but she wanted to find the answers, seems like just as much as I did. And not to mentioned the fact that she actually followed through and followed up with me! I may have loved to Jo-Ann Fabrics before but because of this incredible customer service experience I'll be going to only Jo-Ann's for any of my project needs! Thanks Hailey!

I’m so grateful to have a craft store close. I was so excited when it opened! Thank you for supplying all the necessities and paints. Having such nice staff is a bonus :) The customer service always makes a difference. Thank you for being so welcoming :)

Most always has what is needed. Like most places they could use more help but for the most part to have good customer service.
