Alberty Drug Co

We are happy customers of Alberty Drugs. My family and I have been going here for several years and have never had any complaints. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I prefer Alberty Drugs over the big box pharmacies because of the great experiences we've had.

Always helpful and very nice except for one last she's not mean but not nice either she's helpful but not a people person I guess you'd say lol.

The service was great.

I wish they were open later on Saturday and open on Sundays for those of us that work on the weekend

The staff here has been AMAZING. However the owner made the decision to stop doing disposable briefs because of how difficult the process is. No coincidence that the girl who used to order them left shortly before this. This is the fourth time I've had to look elsewhere for them. With at least a few weeks notice this time so two stars for that. I wish I could tell you how difficult it is having a disabled son. But I'm sure the billing process is much more difficult... during a pandemic none the less. Thanks.

I came in Looking for rubbing achohol for a wound not to make hand sanitizer they only had achohol wipes that where over priced on the shelf. I want to shop local but how can I? The drug store shelfs where half empty but neat. I'm not sure how their prescription service is as I never filled anything there.
I was disappointed. Cute gift shop but that's it.

They have messed up mine and my mother's scripts before, low count or misprint on bottle. Now this time they printed the wrong date that I picked them up. When I called about it they blamed it on me for picking them up days late.. Told me the date I can get them. I hung up counted the days from when they said I picked them up to the day they said I could get them and it would have put me without for 4 days... So I called back was like if I did pick
them up on this date then I should get them on this date... Knowing I counted and had enough to make it to pickup date. I wanted to prove they were wrong... Then she switched her story and said you picked them up early.... Still made it my fault... I know when I picked them up... Was the the same day I always do... I knew the correct date to pick up again... They just couldnt admitt they messed up... She was very rude about it.. Made it seem I was a drug addict... My husband received painkillers from getting hurt at work didn't have the copay and one of the workers made the comment. Yea right I know how much these go for on the streets... If you have a controll substance you will be treated as a drug addict. They are so rude, disrespectful, and up on there high horse. I feel so low every time I go there. I will not be going there anymore. I was the last of my family still going there. It's just a convient location but honestly not worth the aggrevation.

Place is a joke and corrupt they were charging me a copay for a single insulin pen when I was supposed to be getting a 4 pack for same price guess thats so they can make 4 times the money by making me go back and paying co pays 4 times for what i was supposed to get at once for same.price ..the pharmacist is rude and the service sucks they constantly gave me wrong prescriptions and were nasty about it
