Best store around for anything animal related. We're in here one or twice a week getting things for our dogs, cats, chickens and even rock salt for our business. Lee and family have built a great business that always puts the customer first. They not only have excellent prices but they always seem to have everything we need in stock.

Best price around for bulk rock salt melt. Great delivery helped unload, we don't have forklift or delivery dock....

You cannot find a friendlier place and the owner is very well versed in veterinary needs. They carry your order to your car and go over and above to make you feel welcome. Definitely not a faceless big box store. Very personalized.

The owners are extremely helpful. Will take things to your car if you would like. I end up driving more miles to come here instead of going to a chain place even for dog food.

I came to Genessee Feeds to see what kind of a variety they have and I was blown away by their selection and professional staff. Lee Winter’s and his team may be the best in WNY and if they don’t have they can get it! I highly recommend coming to this store for all of your pet’s needs!

People are very kind are very helpful if you have a problem finding something in the feed store they're more helpful.
If you need something that they don't carry they will try to work with you on a timely substitute,that will carry you through.

Walked in and talked with the owner. Or I presume was the owner. Asked for a rather annoying feed to find. He said he could get it in his next shipment and gave me the price. Which was better then what I could find anywhere online. He gets my business from now on.
