THE VILLAGE INN

My service was incredible. Drinks were always full, food was hot and she never missed a beat. My soup was delicious and the pot roast was good. Nice portions and great service. The best part is the kitchen is open late. I was able to eat on a Monday night at 9:30pm while traveling.

This was my first time here since it reopened. The best deep fried pickles I have ever had! They are stuffed with havarti cheese in a wonton. Wings and drummies are also amazing. Can't wait to come back and try the rest of the menu.

Food was delicious. Had to get the Pasta Special as they were out of the prime rib special. I wish the server knew they were out before we ordered, so we didn't get too excited. Otherwise it was a 10.

The burgers were of good size, taste, and served up hot. Had some cheese curds to start which came out quick and hot ready to warm up on a chilly night. With it being Halloween weekend seemed to have live music. We were out before they got jamming but soundcheck was good.

Since The Village has reopened, it has a more clean atmosphere, good food & friendly staff!
The staff was constantly checking on us & our food came out promptly.
It's also a great spot to eat when you are out on the trails. The trails come right out by the restaurant.

The food was good, and the service was good. The place was loud. People at the bar were very loud with profanity. I think they had been there quite a while.

Good atmosphere, we only ate bar food at the time, I'd take a pass on the beef grande nachos and try something else. I'm looking forward to trying the dinner menu next time

Apparently this place recently reopened under new management. We don't live in the area so we can't compare what it was like before, but our midweek midday visit was great. I wish I'd taken photos of our meals, which were nicely presented and plentiful. Our server was great, very friendly. We'd definitely stop here again!

I just ate here and I had the village inn BBQ and it was amazing and the server I had should be getting double of what she is paid, supper pleasant and super hard worker, she is a total asset to your business, I never had anything bad here, keep up the good work

Prime rib dinner was cooked by a chef that really knows how a good piece of beef should be cooked. Everything was good from the drinks to the service.

Absolutely amazing, food was Great, service Great. Was a real treat to come back after maybe 5 years. Will definitely try to stop by again soon.

The Village Inn is an absolutely fantastic place to out have a couple drinks and eat some good food. The bartender/waitress Angie with the really long hair and glasses is probably hands down the best you'll ever find. She is so kind, helpful, fun and makes you feel extremely welcome! Best service I have ever experienced!

We love this place. Food is great. We tailgate the Mid MN dogsled race every February and so glad the Village Inn is the starting point! We spend the whole morning there cheering on the mushers!

Chris has done a great job improving the menu. Brenda adds personality, accuracy and knowledge to the service. The food is terrific and well priced. No reason not to visit often and enjoy!!
