Every question I had was answered! I needed a different item. She had it when I walked in. Was less a great place to work with.

Tara from Carelinc of Big Rapids, didn't get my order for a hospital bed until Monday night after they were already closed. I called 845 Tuesday morning, Tara answered again. She said she did get the order when she came in this morning and had put someone on it, insurance issues. Being mildly desperate for this bed, as I had not slept properly since last Thursday at the hospital after spine surgery, I respectfully asked if she had a timeline, hours, days a week, until it would be processed, told her how I hadnt slepy and again was desperate. She said, very very kindly, well just hang on one minute for me. She was gone for a bit and then came back. She said that because she has everything she needs including the surgeon and my Home Health Care signed off on it, there was zero reason to make me wait JUST because of paperwork that WILL go through. She said she was going to send someone out ASAP with the bed so I could rest tonight. I thanked her one side and down the other, and she told that this is her job to help and make people feel better. The phone conversations ended at 915 and by 1030, carelic was at my door with my hospital bed. I will NEVER go anywhere else for medical equipment or supplies. Tara, if they have awards for the kindess human who probably gets yelled at A LOT, you deserve that award plus a giant raise. God bless you and your team❤❤❤

Mariesa was knowledgeable and gave easy to understand instructions. I felt that if I did have a question or concern at a later time, she would be accessible and able to help. You should value her as an employee, as her customer service was top shelf!

Angie was professional and caring! She gave me the sense that it was important to her to solve my issue. She also was timely she gave extra effort and solved my problem quickly. You can tell she wants to represent the company well.

Well in September of last year I needed O2 at my house when I left the hospital In Grand RAPIDS after a 3 months stay not only did they get me a tank delivered to my hospital room before I left they was at my house house when I got home this time I needed a tank to go on road trip and they made sure I had enough to make the trip they are the best Thank you so much

Penny,the manager at Big Rapids Mi, helped me with a problem I had with a wheelchair, she went over and above what I expected. I will be back there for all my medical equipment needs.

My experience today with Tara at Big Rapids CareLinc was wonderful! She was very pleasurable to work with and knew just what I needed. She was very helpful with all my questions and gave good information.

On Christmas Eve day my family drove south two hours to spend Christmas with my brother when we discovered that my mother was missing a connector for her oxygen tubing. We called the big pharmacies and they suggested trying CareLinc.

I called CareLinc around 2:55pm. They had one, but they closed at 3pm. I explained our situation and the wonderful ladies there said they would stay open long enough for me to pick one up. When I got to the store they greeted me with warm smiles and gave me the connector free of charge, with a "Merry Christmas!"

I'm not from that area, but their people are amazing, and because of their kindness, my mother was able to actually walk around the house for Christmas and not be tied to a machine with a short line. Thank you!

I've previously had several poor experiences with customer service in the healthcare industry. I've always had acceptable service from CareLinc but most recently I worked with Kyra and she was PHENOMENAL!! She was understanding and went above and beyond to help me. You're very fortunate to have such a compassionate and understanding person on your team.
