Staff are super helpful and friendly! I bought alot of cute fall stuff for my baby shower and they where so helpful when it came to loading and boxing up items. Never had a bad experience and can't beat the prices!

Always a great place to get a variety of things or even just to try something new. Most everything you can think of and more. The restrooms are clean n stocked. The staff was helpful and polite. Pricing was reasonable, so check it out if you need a quick gift or just something for yourself!

Big Lots was great. I was able to pick up an item that I have been looking for or thinking about all year, and at a great 25% discount. One of my favorite stores in the area. I took someone there who was looking for it a specific item, she made several purchases, as well as the unexpected bargain that I came up on. The employees were great and quite helpful. I will be back when I have more time to browse, and I highly recommend this store for quality merchandise at a very good price.

Love the Big Rapids Big Lots. Great prices on a variety of grocery staples. Even some hard to find items. Nice variety. I like to simply wander the aisles. Always leave with more than I planned.

Liz and Corrina were so helpful and kind. My debit card wouldn't work and I had to leave and go to my bank. They were ready for me when I returned and helped put my purchase in my vehicle. Thank you and Merry Christmas.

Big lots is a great place. We bought some furniture here. We got it home & we couldn't fit one part of the sectional in the basement apartment we live in. My wife called & they had no problems letting us bring it back for a full refund. We then going a beautiful set and brought them home. The managers & workers here go out of their way to help you. They are very polite & respectful.

Haven't been in big lots for over a year due to the epidemic. Had a great time found some great sales and had such a wonderful cashier so helpful and so nice. Thank you for a great visit will be back..

This new store is AMAZING.

Cheap stuff like cat food, Iams kind even. It is like a cheap Target. The cashiers were really nice & helpful.

I was impressed as soon as i walked in. It is the cleanest Big Lots I've ever been in. They have a great selection of furniture inside and out...very neat with a great layout. The employees were friendy, but Quera, the cashier was awesome! She was just so comfortable talking with the customers as she rang them out, and has a beautiful smile. I had a nice conversation with her. I would definitely recommend this store and would go back even thougn I live 3 hours away. Keep up the good work!

Great selection of furniture, and other items. I love to pop in to see what treasure's I can find. Also, I love that I can layaway furniture (nothing other than furniture can be put on layaway though) and I have up to 6 months to pay it off. Staff is always friendly.

Decided to get a bed set for school here and it was the best option in town. Brett was assisting me with mattress selection and was quick to reserve an out of stock item for me. His exceptional hospitality and attitude is not found in the stores back home. Thank you very much and I will be back soon.

Lot of good deals, the cashier who I don't remember his name that work there today around 9.30am is really nice and helpful.

Always good finds and Cheap pricing.

Sure you can find some things cheaper at Walmart but their furniture department allows for year round "layaway " [make payments until you can afford to bring it home with no need for a credit check or extra costs of rent to own stores - bonus if you decide you don't want to go thru with the purchase Bc you like a different newer version your balance can be cancelled and applied to the new purchase! ]

The store manager & department manager were very accommodating in helping with my purchase of box springs and in addition explained a willingness to hold it for several weeks until we're ready for it.

Excellent service, very professional, clean store, excellent staff !!!!!
