Justice was the most amazing person I have ever met. I have been to so many different locations of puff and had so many people getting my product but by far justice is the best I have ever had. She was so nice and helpful just a all around amazing woman and I will be trying my hardest to go out of my way to get her every time I go. I went last Sunday the 25th of Feb and just made the whole experience amazing. Even though I had to wait 45 plus minutes to get in with the amount of people before me she made it feel so much better. If I had a say in it she would be promoted to manager. Such a lovely person to interact with.

Had an incredible experience at Puff Monroe, all thanks to Chris K! His knowledge and passion truly stand out, making him a fantastic guide through their selection. Not only is Chris a genuinely nice guy, but his recommendations were spot on. The live rosin and liquid THC were absolute game-changers for me. Without a doubt, I'll be returning for more of his expert advice. Highly recommend visiting and asking for Chris!

Hunter was so nice he was patient with me he made sure got everything I need if u come here ask for him he the best he just a whole vibe when I come back I will be asking for him again ❤❤

My very first experience at a dispensary EVER, and I am glad I went to PUFF - Monroe! My budtender, Destany, was very patient, attentive, polite, and her customer service is unmatched in any and every aspect. Despite going on a busy Saturday morning, with a packed store, the experience of excellent customer service and quality of product purchased at the price point is well worth it.

I’ve been to Monroe twice with a third time coming later today and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Out of all the dispensaries I’ve been to in 2 trips, this one had everything I wanted. They have a loyalty program and the budtenders are so helpful and nice. Can’t wait to get there today! Stay lifted! Thank you Destany!

We love going to Puff! Friendly and knowledgeable people, great prices, and huge selection of inventory too. Out of all the competition in the area (and we have been to them all) this is our favorite place by far, it's well organized from check in to purchasing, the line moves fast, if there even is one. You can actually look at and smell the product before you buy it. We have been here multiple times and always leave happy and have a positive experience. Most recently we had Chris K and Marcelino R help us on different trips and they were both amazing! We will most definitely be repeating customers here.

I had Madison as my bud tender and she was great!! Answered any questions I had and was patient the whole time! I’ll definitely be back!!
