I don’t meet high energy people on a regular. But baby listen when I say we stepped into the theatrical stage. The sales men was flawless and he was getting me together for a night on the town. He said what you like and it was off to the races. I had a dressing room and 15 sets to try on. I was excited entertained and exhausted 🥱 @ the same time. I was just happy to see someone happy about doing their job!!!

I am from lansing I drive all the way out to this store specifically because you have the best customer service by far of any place I been to. your cashiers are friendly and make can good conversation, and your sales associates always help me to find an outfit to match my shoes I'm buying. I wish our lansing stores would take notes from AKIRA because you girls and gals absolutely rock at customer service!!!

Just ordered a corset top online and it’s so cute! It also arrived faster than expected. I love shopping at the Novi location but recently started looking around online because I live kinda far. Great quality for the price; this is my third purchase. Thanks for making alternative styles more affordable. :)

I love this website! I didn’t know until recently that they had a storefront. I went there and the staff was so helpful and polite! I sometimes mix with other brands or I wear thee whole look. Either way yA gonna look good! Only thing is now ppl can find some of my looks doggonit 🤪

To Say the staff is nice is an understatement. They go above and beyond to make your you have the help you need. I had three sales people helping me. The Manager helped me charge my phone to make a payment with tap pay! I love shopping here and will continue to have an amazing experience!

Had a wonderful time in the store! It was my first time; my cousin took me and was overwhelmed with choices. Little pricey worth the money, you’ll pay the same price online. The lady at the dresser room and who cashed me out was wonderful🖤

Seeing as Akira is one of my favorite places to shop I'm never disappointed. Pieces here are what some consider one of a kind or unique, but you won't see too many people with what you decide to buy from here its always going to give you THE look! Staff in store is also very helpful, big THANK YOU to Miss Raven who assisted me in searching for a top I've been dying to have.

This store is unique and creative, and Cole, a gentleman who works there, is absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked into the store with my four year old son, it was epic. (I finally was able to afford clothes for myself). Kole provided amazing customer service, truly made me feel seen, cared for, and he helped me the entire time…with finding outfits, fitting room stuff, bringing the clothes up front, putting stuff back, getting different sizes, even entertaining my child and being so sweet…aka he helped with everything! It’s so hard sometimes, shopping with a small child, but because of the awesome customer service it went flawlessly. I had single mom guilt for finally choosing to spend a bunch of money on myself, and I’m so glad I decided to go to Akira yesterday. This restored a lot of my faith in humanity. I’ve had a horrible year so this beautiful moment made me thankful for your uplifting store and the awesome customer service. I’ll always come to this store when I visit 12 oaks. 💯 thanks Cole!

Clothes were soo cool and funky. Loved walking thru the store. The overall vibe was upbeat and fun. So many different styles of clothes with unique twists. Plus there was a guy who not sure was gay or just liked to dress up, but never in my life did i want to be friends with someone so bad. Love the store and im telling all my weird friends.

Extremely unique event and party attire for women of all sizes

Akira is one of my favorite stores, they have so many funky cool outfits and dresses. They constantly have good sales. When I was there the shoes on clearance were buy one get one for $1 I find the best holographic stuff there

My first time ever shopping in Akira and I must say Jordan is amazing at her job. Not only was she knowledgeable about style and fitting but she was patient and actually cared to help me and my friend find the right celebratory outfits. Great experience I will be back

I walked in not even knowing where to start. That's when Destiny greeted me and happily helped me get the ball rolling. She listened to my ideas and gave me so many suggestions. She even helped me pick out the perfect dress for my upcoming event. Destiny was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING during my entire visit!!!! She helped other customers while still helping me as I was in the dressing room. She was super pleasant and patient with all of us. Her costumer service, along with the stylish clothes and shoes (of course!), makes me want to visit the Akira store over and over. I'm big on customer service and Destiny and the cashier Kia, nailed it!

If you want to be fabulous and flashy, this is the place to shop. Very stylish. They sell a variety of clothes that are good for parties ,events, celebrations and more. They are pricey but it's affordable
