Great JCPenneys store with a large variety of items. I was looking for curtains and love to see them in person to see the colors clearly and feel the quality. I've always bought my curtains and hardware at JCP. I will buy here again once I've decided which ones to get.

Felicia in the Jewelry department was very helpful, kind, and courteous when I needed help selecting a ring. She took the time to help me select the correct size and described the benefits of the JCPenney care plan as well. I have purchased jewelry from JCPenney in the past and the staff have always made it a point to make sure all of my questions were answered and made the experience a positive one. I highly recommend the jewelry department at the JCPenney Novi store.

JC Penny sales have returned. The previous management decision to not discount or offer coupons made the pricing almost prohibitively expensive. Recommend you try it next time you are in the area.

My son needed dress shirts and ties. He has to wear them on game day in high school for basketball games. They had a good selection.

I love Penney's. They have a great variety and their clothing is nice quality at reasonable prices. Their rewards program is a great bonus. I never leave disappointed - they have a nice selection of shoes, jewelry, undergarments, clothing and home goods. They are always my first stop when I'm looking to add something to my wardrobe.

Very clean store, bathrooms were clean, they have what you need, very organized friendly staff

Salon was clean and comfortable. Laura did a great job on my cut.

Karen and Sharon in the jewelry department are the absolute best!!!! They are so caring and helpful, and provided so many little tips for my wedding day!!! Every time i’m in there to get a ring cleaning or anything i need they make me feel so welcomed!!

I had been growing my hair out for my 5 years, so naturally, it was ridiculously long. The reason why I refused to get my hair cut for all that time is because I'm Greek and have extremely , extremely curly hair. Which wouldn't be a problem, except, due to my curls being so unmanageable, approximately 99% of all the haircuts I've ever had in my life have been absolute abortions. I'm talking so bad, I have to wear a hat for six weeks just to cover my absolutely abominable haircut so people don't recoil in horror when they see me.
That being said, The Stylists at The JC Penny Salon are so skilled, I can only describe it as supernatural. The owner's name is Holly and she's the biggest sweetheart in this world. She delegated the job to what she described as her best stylist and I'll be dammed if she wasn't truly her best. She gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever had in my life. So good, I'm eternally indebted to them. If you have any doubts at all, I get it because it's your precious hair- but trust me. They'll do so well, you won't believe it when you see yourself in the mirror, that they've made you into the best version of yourself.
In summation, 10/10.
Will not only return for another haircut, I'll be returning for the rest of my life. Love ya Holly! Can't wait to see you again. And as for my stylist, the same goes for you. You are a master stylist. Thank you for making me look like a Greek God again!

Nice staff, great selections of clothes and the staff I encountered were very helpful and friendly to us and others.

I always enjoy shopping at JCP, although the season transition seemed a bit slow. The sales rush took a lot off the shelves but bare shelves are not appealing to me personally.

Jay was very helpful and friendly. He helped us find what we needed. The restrooms were clean. Amazing shoe sale. 2 Pairs of boots for 15 bucks.

They had what I needed at a good price. Don't underestimate the convenience of being able to try on clothes before you buy them. No mailing hassles.

Very well organized and friendly staff. With awesome prices had to get last minute reception dresses came in expecting to pay at least over $100 or up there was a clearance sale rack with nice dresses that were $16 absolutely beautiful dresses thank you JCPenney's ♥

03/13/23: Stopped in to purchase a suit for my young adult son. While browsing the men’s department, we bumped into associate, Jay. He assisted us with a suit purchase in Nov 2022 and Jay quickly began assisting us with this purchase as well. We found everything we needed and even a second outfit. Jay is so professional, kind, thorough, and helpful! Couldn’t have asked for a smoother and more pleasant shopping experience. In addition, Nadia was our cashier- she offered excellent care and customer service. Nadia was very knowledgeable and communicated the sale pricing clearly. Nadia also offered me the JCP credit card option as well and I was able to obtain an additional savings. Fantastic! Both of these team members are an asset to JCP! Thank you!

I love it because I have shopped here for decades BUT it is possibly the shabbiest JCP around. Customers are like pigs, taking clothes from rack and throwing them on floor. Not enough help to keep up. Large part of 1st floor is closed off. This store is a shadow of it's former self. Makes me sad to see it. Has improved a lot in the past year.

I just love JCPenny online or in store I find they have really nice jewlery I go crazy especially when there is a sale to be had lol don't judge me who don't like to save a buck. It's the holiday you really could clean up if your family or friends like earrings and necklaces
