Nancy Pendexter has done several framing projects for me. I have been pleased with the quality and promptness of her work. She has good ideas and her prices have been reasonable. I recommend that you give her a try. She would not be in business after all these years if she did not do good work and treat her customers fairly.

Nancy did an incredible frame job for me in September of 2020. I stopped in (last minute, of course) with a custom poster I purchased online in need of framing. She asked if it was for a special occasion and I told her it was. It was for a birthday...tomorrow! She said she would do the best she could to meet my deadline, but warned me she had several projects ahead of me. Meanwhile I went home to get a check for payment (no credit cards!) and by the time I came back she had the whole project framed and matted. It was stunning! Her advice about borders and matting were spot on. Very reasonable and upfront pricing. Would absolutely do business again. I would much rather support Nancy's shop over somewhere like Michael's any day. Check for limited store hours beforehand.

Nancy Pendexter does not pay her bills, we have been trying to collect from her for 1 year and till this day she has not paid a dollar. Horrible service aswell.
