Amato's

I love Amatos!!!! I got my typical order of a double real Italian with extra pickles, allll the veggies, and oil with salt and pepper! The staff was kind and supportive of my love for Amatos pickles! I bought some to go home with 🥰😍 I would share a picture but unfortunately I was so excited and I ate it before I had the thought to snap a pic.

The food now, compared to about 5 months ago, has gotten much better. However, the young fellow who has been there about 2 months, needs a few lessons in customer service. The manager, I believe I know who it is, is very nice.

So love this place! Look forward each time I get a chance to go to Maine! A must stop!

Always look forward to an Amatos sandwich when we come back to Maine. The pickles, olives and bread make it like no other

Looks like a fairly new place, they have cool looking bowls and comfy seating. No wifi. very friendly staff, food is same as always.

Friendliest lady ever took my order and rang me up...wish I'd gotten her name! Chicken salad Italian was a new one for me and I'll definitely order it again!

love kbk amato's! staff are always friendly, they get it right, the place is always clean. organized souls (not me) can order ahead, and yup they know you. sometimes they even remember your usual.

i love the italians! sure wish they'd use the real greek BOs or kalamatas on them, but that's just me-- and for sure a first world kind of problem. hands-down the best italian sandwich anywhere--always made fresh!! i get extra ham to share with bullie.

the salads are awesome too and make a great grab-n-go meal on nights like this when you're running on fumes and just can't face that sandwich line. (or if bread's on your no-fly.) ciao bella, they're hearty and sooo good!!

Love my Amato’s since my Dad brought home sandwiches from the original Portland location back in the 50’s. Best sandwich ever. Now I like the ziti dinners, too.

And all honesty I haven't been there but friends that have been there say it's very nice it's clean the staff is friendly their food was great they told me I should try it sometime..... Update I finally got a chance to come to Amato's there is good parking I went in and ordered and the food was great the place was clean staff was courteous. I plan to go back again. I will order some more pinwheels pieces.t

Have been getting roughly once a week since this one opened, have never had any problems with my orders, and they have been prompt and friendly. Not sure what issue the other people reviewing have had; as someone who actually likes dinner after 9 pm at times, this has been a welcome addition to Kennebunk. By the way, try the cinnamon pazzo, it rocks.

Fast very friendly women that work there☺ Tons of options. From not so healthy like pizza to very healthy like a huge greek loaded salad and everything in between. Highly recommend!! :)

The original Italian and cheesy pazzo bread are my favorites! I get so excited when I visit on vacation each year! Thank you for great food and great service!

We love Amato's. Friendly staff at this location. Quick service. Easy to see from Route 1. The salads are always terrific. Great menu selection.

I am there at least once a week. Tina (the manger is terrific, )she knows my name and is always on the ball. Very pleasant place to go and relax after work.

Myself my wife and our son had a terrific lunch there the people are really friendly and the have a nice little sitting area.

I have been going to amatos for about 55 years, yep, not a typo ! I almost always get a
real italian and the ones in kennebunk are great, as they have been in all the stores for years. Cant beat an amatoes real italian.
