I love the staff here. From the wonderful ladies that check you in and get you to the right place. To the polite and happy nurses assistant. Then the Nurses what makes all medical facilities or breaks them. The Dr.s here my change but if they keep the same great nurses and staff this pace will always be my choice fir my heart health. Thank you so much Nurse M. Marshall. You took your time and asked me several questions. I can't Express my happiness enough with the care I recieved.

Heart attacks are the scariest thing, but the caring professionals took such sincere, great care of me that I truly felt at ease. The attention I received and facilities were exceptional. Everyone went above and beyond. Brenna, Brenda, Liz and all the great Drs., especially Isaacson and Mowakeaa took excellent care of me.

In 2013 my husband had a heart attack here in Freeport and transferred to Rockford, under the care of Dr. Robert Miner. We met Dr. Aquino for the first time just yesterday, and So Impressed we feel so fortunate to be cared for at Rockford Cardiology. Thank You Dr. Aquino, for making us feel comfortable, and involved. You certainly “did your homework” reading up on Arnie’s extensive chart, and we appreciated your knowledge which was clear. Arnie & Sue Tice Freeport, Illinois

One must always advocate for oneself and a loved one...but we feel very comfortable trusting these Drs., Nurses, and staff members.

Did a blood test & never told me what it was for

I did not have a good visit with this doctor. She didn't act concerned for me in the least. I felt like I was wasting her time. She needs to work on her attitude and bedside manner.

I’ve received bills in the mail and paid them however there’s been MANY bills i never received! And now they get sent to collections! Luckily collections SENDS the bill so I can take care of it BEFORE my credit is ruined!

I’ve been going to this hospital since the day I was born and have never been so disappointed in the way they handle things than now. I’ve had the same doctor for all 27 years of my life and my son has as well since the day he was born but at this point I believe I will be switching due to how the hospital and it’s billing department works and how they have responded to me.

I've seen Dr. Silva for the last 29 years and that clinic was amazing. His nurse was nice and attentive. He retired a year ago. I now see Dr. Kurien and the place is disappointing now. The nurse, Grace, is unprofessional, snippy, and rude. I recommended my daughter there, and after her very unpleasant experience with both the doctor and the nurse, I'm now switching to a different clinic because of that. Dr. Silva obviously made this place great because now it sucks!

Absolutely worthless no help from nurses don't care about patients recovery the worst

Heart emergency and waited all day for return call it never came
