Petco

My experience at both Petco and Vetco were excellent. Dr.Otto and his staff provide the absolute best vet care I’ve ever had. I never feel rushed and can ask as many questions as necessary. I especially feel that Dr. Otto truly understands the relationship we have with our animals, ESPECIALLY felines. I always leave feeling a million times better than I had when I walked in. My anxiety has never failed to be alleviated after speaking with him, and my cats also seem to understand they are good hands with him!

I grew up with dogs. I grew up to love all animals, and wanted a cat. I finally got a kitten named Garfield. My first trip to Petco in years was so fun, and a few members of the team made my experience even better. Cody helped pick out some things for garfield and had an awesome recommendation about a toy that my kitten absolutely adores. It's his favorite. He even took the time to explain to me everything I need to know about bringing home a cat. He was genuine, and I really trusted him which means a lot because my baby is family. He went out of his way om several occasions to make sure I was doing okay. I know he said he's usually the dog trainer, but definitely love this guy. Becca was the other one who helped me out and she had such a great and fun attitude. She even educated me on cats and let me know that she's always happy to help. She helped me sign up for the Petco perks which is a bonus because I tend to spoil my animals. I love that this place made me feel so comfortable. I thought I was going to adopt in a week, as opposed to taking one day. They made a rushed situation more comforting. I highly recommend this place. I love Cody and Becca.

Huge shout-out to Donna for going above and beyond to make sure my Boston Terrier was getting the right food, even at the busiest time of the day. She was able to make great recommendations and she even went out of her way to special order my dog the food that wasn't sold in stores. As a store manager, I appreciate her level of customer service, as well as her genuine concern for the customer and their pets. I am a PetSmart member, but after today, I got all signed up and am looking forward to shifting my business here! Thanks again for making sure my dog was taken care of! Again, I truly appreciate you multitasking, helping other customers and assuring me you'd be with me asap, while trying to help get the line down. I also want to throw in they have a pretty gnarly bar for dog treats. Got my lil Lulu some good snacks 😋

Nice store for the dogs!
They love to come shopping with us here.
There are lots of things for the dogs to smell here.
Vetco inside is a plus so when we bring the dogs to the Vet they are alot more at ease due to the proximity of the store and vet clinic.

Staff are very professional and care about our furry family members. Bailey feels comfortable being there!

40 gallon breeder tank for $60 made my axolotl very happy. Ordered online and went to pick up in store. Staff was very friendly and even carried the tank to my car for me. Overall great experience.

Our dog 🐕 comes to visit the ferrets, guineas, fish, birds, and any other critters that she can watch. (Border Collie so it's in her DNA.)
She goes to the groomers her and is very happy there.
She also uses Vetco and is quite comfortable there with all the staff!!

Everyone at Vetco inside Petco is so nice and helpful. And Dr. Otto is the best veterinarian we’ve ever had the pleasure of bringing our fur baby to.

Always get polite & fast assistance. So far not one bad experience. Staff is great & very helpful.

From the time the appointment was made with Jeff, to meeting Reagan to go through all that was needed, to working with Dr. Strickland, and wrapping up our appointment our pets were well taken care of as were we!

Everyone was very friendly and professional. Service was quick, which was important for my anxious pup. The office was also very clean.

Bought a piebald python and all the set up. Beautiful snake! I was not in the market for one but had to get her.

Visit was timely and both the Dr and the tech worked very well with my cat who has high anxiety.

Been going to Petco for a long time I buy all my saltwater fishing supplies there and I bring my golden retriever Maggie to get groomed and we go to vetco for a veterinarian we buy our dog food online I love Petco and Vetco

The groomer took good care of my boy and put me at ease knowing she has worked with his breed. I will be back

I love shopping at Petco. When I order online, my items are always ready when I walked in the door.

The store is nice after it was remodeled.
Good selection of almost everything you could need for your pets. The store is clean and well kept. Staff is usually present and helpful. Check out area should be much faster though.

Staff is always friendly. Wait time is minimal. Dr. Otto and his team love animals, and provide the best care possible.
