Absolutely our new fav. Showed up Sunday night just before midnight and the staff was unbelievably courteous and the tacos were awesome. We will now drive from Rockford to come out here to this one just cause of how we were handled. KUDOS to the gal at the drive through window and to all the staff. Now you will get us twice a week.

The food's fine, but why are all of the lights off by 11pm 🤣🤣

Ordered extra tomatoes, they forgot them, but they were so accommodating to "make it right". I love tomatoes so was kind of important to me. Lol
Offered coupons, wasn't necessary, we all make mistakes. The ladies were so nice. Place was one if cleanest Taco Bells I've been to in a long time.

I’ve had a few issues with the correct order in the pat month, but everyone there has made the order correct after a simple phone call. They get busy, orders get mixed up. To the weeknight Pm shift, thank you for always making things right and being kind. You guys are great.

Had to order through the kiosk. Would rather deal with a human.

In my experience, Taco Bell tends to have the best customer service around in the fast-food industry. Super friendly staff that almost never fail to make my day. Amicable conversational courtesy and manners beyond expectations make for a team that's a joy to order from.

I just stopped, I totally messed up my order on the kiosk. The staff was amazing and quickly ordered separately what I missed and were just super nice. Thank you!

The girl who took my order at the drive through was friendly and courteous with a unique sense of humor. She was using a funny voice, kinda like a game show host while taking my order. Anyway, the line moved fast and we got our order within an expected time frame. Ot came out hot and fresh and was exactly what we ordered.

New management told us we had to use the kiosk so we will not be back and the way he told us should never be in management sorry toco bell you lost a good customer

Love Taco Bell. This one is great too. I only use the drive-through on my way home from work, but it’s great. Employees are friendly.

Kind of disappointed at taco bell. Normally they have on their menu 2 - $5 meal boxes cause I usually purchase one. Well they had just the nachos grande box and I'm not a nachos fan. That's only the one bad thing about Winnebago T.B. location I had to say but normally this place always rocks out food for their customers all their items LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

It was one of the best burritos I have ever had!! It was a special order....flour tortilla meat cheese red sauce and onions. It was so good. Also the guy at the window was so nice and polite !! I wish I would have gotten his name.

Went through drive through. Sandwiches and hash browns were fresh and hot. Service was fast and friendly. In and out quickly.

Had wonderful service. While waiting for our food my daughter started crying. The lady who took our order took time from her work to come over to our table to personally check on her. One of the gentlemen brought over the kids starburst slush. He upgraded them to large for his birthday! The cashier wished my son a happy birthday and brought him out some cinnamon twists n Cinnabon bites. The entire staff smiled and greeted us. Will definitely drive the little extra to come here!! I wish we could have learned the names of those working.....Wonderful people

The woman taking our order was very friendly and she got everything right. My food was neat, warm and very delicious. If you want taco bell go late at night

Love this location and the employees. I am very frequently here late at night and the man that works the drive through and the counter is quite possibly the nicest person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He deserves a raise!

Used to be the closest Taco Bell to me before moving. Friendly staff and clean environment. I don't recall any orders being messed up like other fast food restaurants, so that's a plus. Recommend!

Absolutely love the nacho fries wish they'd have them all the time. The $5 boxes r amazing n def fill u up. Highly recommend

Always a great go to when we can't be bothered to cook. Not fancy but still satisfying. I always feel like I have gotten my money's worth.
