Port Harbor Marine of Raymond

I have been a customer for several years. I have my boat serviced, stored along with my trailer. Due to health reasons I am unable to launch my boat alone. Every year the guys who lanuch go above and beyond to get me on the water safely. This year was a special challenge as many trees were down blocking several launches. Sam was able to launch my pontoon boat with only inches to spare from the trees and branches. I could have never done it myself. Keep up the great service.

On short notice drove my boat from the lake with broken transducer. Just made it to the shop before they closed it
Technician immediately looked at the problem and fixed it right up.
All stuff was so helpful and on the top of everything they didn’t charge me for the services rendered even I have offered to pay

My family and I rented a camp for the week on Raymond Pond from 6/26 to 7/1, I reached out to Port Harbor Marina to see the availability to rent a Pontoon Boat for the week.
The staff was incredible starting with Mike Soucy working with me to secure a boat for the week that we needed it, after securing the dates the communication was amazing as they reached out multiple times via phone calls, text and email keeping us updated on everything that we needed to know to include an online safety test so that we were 100% familiar with the boat and the rules governing the pond or lakes that we were on days before we actually got to camp we received a phone call from a gentleman by the name of Ben this is another staff member at Port Harbor Marina he told me that he would give me a call a day before we would arrive and let me know where the boat would be dropped off and let me know a member of the Port Harbor Marina staff member would meet us the day that they drop it off at the boat ramp insure enough that morning they called us to let us know that they were on their way and that they would meet us there we get out to the boat ramp just as they were backing down I met up with Nate another member of the team at Port Harbor Marina he went over the entire boat with me asked me if I had any additional questions showed me where all the life preservers were and once again asked me before I actually took off for the boat if I had any additional questions I shared with him that I did not and I appreciated him going over everything with me he said that someone would call day before it was going to be picked up just to double check in on everything and make sure that we were still on sure enough on June 30 I received a phone call from Ben letting me know that he would meet me at around 445 at the same boat ramp that they dropped it off at.
During this week we cannot even imagine being without this boat now because we had such a great time my family and I on this boat we enjoyed our trips around the pond and just relaxing on this boat I would highly recommend Port Harbor Marina for all of your boating needs they have a professional knowledgeable staff super helpful and the boat was absolutely beautiful and in great condition, Port Harbor Marina has a A+ operation

Amazing boat purchasing experience, Sean is sales was amazing as well as Annie in finance. Made it happen seamlessly, amazing respones time and customer service, made me feel right at home. Would recommend 100x over.

If I could give 10 ☆, I certainly would. This place is 1st class. We are independent drivers leased through Tracker. Each time we deliver to Raymond facility, the ladies on the phone are just the sweetest, and there is Dylan, he is an amazing employee. Very professional at his job and unloads the fastest of anyone around and he does it by himself. (4 boats in under 30 minutes). This is by far our favorite delivery destination. They treat trucker drivers like we are people and even offered coffee when when in to wash up after delivery. Again this is a first class operation. Sincerely Preston and Kathy Shivers

Recently bought a boat with Sean at the Raymond location and also worked with Annie in the finance department. Really enjoyed our experience because of his relaxed personality and his non-pushy sales experience. Sales people usually give me anxiety, but Sean was great at hearing out our needs in what we were looking for in our boat and offered suggestions. We walked off the lot with a great sale and couldn't be happier with the customer service experience we have received.

I just purchased a leftover new boat from Port Harbor in Raymond. They were friendly and very helpful putting me into the boat that fit my wants and needs. But the true value of dealing with a company is how they react when there is a problem. I had a couple of small problems with the delivery and some minor damage. Sean and Annie were tremendous. They came up and straitened everything out to my complete satisfaction. The important part of buying a boat is not the buying part but how they respond when something goes wrong. The whole staff has been great. I had a boat a number of years ago at Port Harbor in South Portland and had a great relationship with the Soucy brothers and their father. It is nice to see that they employ the same caliber of people in Raymond, From Sean and Annie to the people working the desk/store, Phil in repairs and the boat dock people. I look forward to having a slip there every year. Art

My son purchase a Regency Pontoon and everyone I dealt with at Port Harbor Marina was excellent, when you need help or advice on anything, they are there with opened arms. My son needed some work done on his pontoon and Carl, the manager was there to help and he went out of his way to help my son. Joe and Brenda in parts are excellent in ordering parts and are there to answer any questions you have. I did 5 stars to this establishment only because there was no 6 stars. Thank you to everyone at Port Harbor Marina and Carl thank you for your help and going beyond.

Just bought a new 2020 tracker 800sx utv. Sean Brogan was the salesman. He was great. The only problem was getting the accessories. Also Kim was the financial adviser, and Dan the technician. All were great to deal with. Dan took a great deal of time explaining all features. I would definitely recommend Port Harbor Marine, Raymond Maine

This place has a friendly staff and great boat prices. They are very understanding to the customer's concerns and have a boat landing on site to bring your potential purchase on the water to test. The store front has many of your boating supply needs. Go check out the fishing boats, but they really specialize in all kinds of pontoons for small to large groups, for fishing to party use.

Service work on boat was completed ahead of expected time and technician went above and beyond with assistance on how/where to mount a new bilge pump. Great job as always. Going to Port Harbor Marine since 1999, before in South Portland now in Raymond.

Very professional, very friendly, not pushy, very easy purchase of my new boat.

A bearing blew on my trailer. I was able to put my put my boat without notice while getting the trailer fixed. Super friendly and even more helpful. I would recommend them for all your boating needs.

People are friendly and helpful. No pushy salespeople. Very knowledgeable staff. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs. They sell quality products and stand behind their merchandise.
