This is our family doctor go-to. They are attentive, kind, clean, and prompt if possible. A nice option for locals.

Great physicians always have openings and the staff is very helpful. My whole family sees them.

I went to Mercy Shelby with chest pain and my arm going numb at times. I also had back pain come on out of nowhere that was pretty severe. All signs of a potential heart attack. I also have a history of a weak heart, so better safe than sorry. I was taken back & processed quickly with the nurse, who was nice. Dr deLongpre came in & was EXTREMELY ABRASIVE. She was short, patronizing & rude. I told her about my chest pain & she literally took her finger & poked me in the chest as hard as she could. It hurt like hell. When I gasped, she said “Oh, that hurt?” And DID IT AGAIN!!! What in the hell kind of medical treatment is that?? WHY would a Dr do that?? She was so uninterested in my concern & condition that she was literally walking out of the room while I was still talking. She never discussed what tests she would run, nothing!! She returned after my tests came back, said she didn’t know what was wrong, but I seem fine. I should follow up with my Dr next wk (which is typical.) She stated everything was normal, but when I checked my chart, some of my results were NOT normal. I would not recommend going there. They weren’t busy, so it was a quick visit, but I didn’t leave there with any peace of mind at all. She is arrogant, patronizing & belittled me. Because of my experience, I can not recommend the hospital. I should have known better, my neighbor was there just weeks ago. She had fallen, we took her in, they were nice, did imaging said it was “bruised” when she remained in pain, she saw a specialist who looked at the imaging disc and immediately saw a clean break in her knee cap. The radiology department missed it completely!!! These hospitals need to be more accountable.. they get paid for TERRIBLE quality of care!

I went there 2 years ago... downloaded mychart and looked to see I had a HEART ATTACK and they said NOTHING to me! I've been going untreated for a heart defect and possible damage for 2 years. I am only 26 years old this could cut my life short. Unacceptable.

This doctor's office is very offensive, disrespectful and uncaring. My wife change to this office to have a closer doctor. Well we both smoke marijuana and they will not refill some of her medications due to this. Well they seem to think that she shouldn't have marijuana in her system but I personally have seen the positive affect of marijuana in her and we will NEVER stop using marijuana! So to this doctor's office, good bye and see ya. They can screw someone else over. My wife's medications are severely important to her well being. Bye

Yesterday I seen the doctor and was informed today I tested positive for covid but when i asked to be treated with Ivermectin they would not prescribe it but said that they do an infusion of antibodies in Muskegon. This is about them making big money people. This is what it's all about and not the care of the people. Ivermectin works and they know it!!!!
