Staff and my dentist specifically were outstanding today. I was not only able to get a little bit early but the Dentist was very thorough.
Her assistant was kind and informative.
The front dest was friendly and fast.

Always very professional, friendly and prompt. I think this is the best medical practice ,any where. They are very caring and thorough. Can't say enough good things about them. I totally trust them.

Dr. Jandi and Alyssa are amazing. NMHSI made me feel comfortable and were non judge mental. Dr. J did an amazing job fixing my broken tooth. I finally have my smile again ❤ 😀

I've had 2 complete ACL knee reconstructions, 2 shoulder surgeries, given birth 4x and always worked super labor intensive strenuous jobs. I say this to say, I am not a wimp! Except for going to the dentists office. Dentists have really messed me up over the years (I'm almost 50). But not Shelby Dental! They make me feel so at ease and they deal with my dental anxiety in such a loving way that calms me and I don't mind going back. They have gone above and beyond to make me feel at peace and they do amazing work on my cracking teeth! I highly recommend them to anyone. Everyone there is amazing!!

Dr J is a great dentist,she takes her time and just a really gentle woman. Thankyou Dr J and to all the other workers. You all are really great.Jen W is also a great therapist,so thanks Jen.

I established care at Shelby! ALL the dental staff are great. I am very self conscious about my smile and Mark made me feel comfortable and my teeth feel pristine. The dental care I received today was amazing. Dr. Jhandi was very thorough and it is all much appreciated. Thank you, Shelby Dental!

All of them are amazing at what they do, mark, Shannon, Dr Ramandeep all of em are just phenomenal, the facilities are super cleaner well lit I recommend everyone to them for their dental needs! They sure have fixed my mess a lot since I started going there. I can’t update this much more the folks here are awesome! And I won’t recommend anyone else to work on my teeth

This Dentist & Office staff is awesome!! She calmed my hysterical nerves, had me numb & pulled two back molars in 35 mins! I have absolutely no pain and. wry little swelling 24 hrs after..Ive been to numerous other offices and none compare! If there was a dentist scored a 12/10 card she'd definitely get one for this experience!! Will definitely be going back.

Mark is a wonderful hygienist. He’s caring and very thoughtful of your needs. I recommend anyone who has dental anxiety to come here. They have a behavioral therapist on call if you need extra help in the dental chair and they will do everything possible to make you comfortable.

The staff and Doctor were professional AND courteous. They continued to put me at ease and helped calm any fears I might have had. (PTSD)

I had a tooth infection and needed and extraction and I called them and got in the same day early in the morning. They were quick and so so nice. Very caring about anxiety and such. I was in and out within 45minutes. The procedure was painless. They used numbing gel before the shot and although my anxiety was high they talked me through it and helped calm me down. I was in a lot of pain after I went home but that was because of the infection. They take straight Medicaid and they are bilingual. Highly recommend. Amazing people very nice.

The staff are all professional and very nice; from the front office to the Dentist, they all treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable, which is awesome because I haven't had positive experiences with Dentists. Dr. Jhandi is extremely knowledgeable and explained her plan for my care in full detail, as well as taking my concerns to heart to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the multiple extractions, and both she and the Dental Assistant were reassuring and compassionate which kept my anxiety at a minimum. I highly recommend Shelby Dental Clinic and Dr. Jhandi , especially if you are a Dentophobe like me.

Dr Jahndi is one good dentist!!!!!
She pulled all my teeth with no pain and no stitches. I also got dentures that fit excellent.

I wasn’t sure what to expect coming in and suffering 2 crown failures! I was treated with respect and the hygienist & dentist listened to my concerns. They also took the time to listen to the uniqueness of my situation, which tells me this is just what they do with everyone. They got a 10 as far as I am concerned for that reason alone. These people are pushed to limits with their time & resources.
So, so far they have a high score in my book. I am concerned about appointments being spaced out too far but we will see. I look forward to working with them!

Let me start by saying, I hate the dentist office in general, but my overall experience with Northwest Michigan Health Services has been great. Friendly informative staff, and a clean environment. They were able to get me an appointment much quicker than I had expected (toothache). They also accept Medicaid.

The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. I feel as though I am listened to and that my concerns are addressed. I love the team!

Dr. and hygienist were very caring, knowledgeable, and efficient..the cleanliness of the room was outstanding..Hygienist was professional, detail oriented and pleasant...all questions were answered in language I could understand and nothing felt rushed. This would be a very good "Dental home" for anyone looking for value and individual care. So happy with my experience!

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Cleanings are thorough and good feedback on oral hygiene. Love going here.
