Dr. Zolotoy is great! He listens (although he does speak fast), and if I have a question later on, he'll either respond directly to my message or have his nurse call. He wants to help as much as is feasible, dealing with what I tell him is going on and what he can see on film. I highly recommend him!!!

I have had great success with my pain management at WMPC. Everyone who works there are wonderful, responsible, efficient and sooo friendly. I am always comfortable and at ease in their care. Thank you to all of you for your kindness and smiles. 😊😁

Dr. Zolotoy was one of the best doctors I've ever been to. His knowledge, friendliness and "bedside manor" is what you'd like to see in all doctors. He and the nice lady in the front office (didn't get her name, sorry) were extremely helpful in getting my paperwork to my doctor in Arizona where I'll have my procedure done. Thank you all!

I love this office, so friendly and helpful. Crystal is so kind and caring and listens to me. Dr. Zolotroy is the reason I transferred from GR to Big Rapids. He listens and is so Kind and caring, he helped me at my worst more then once. Dr Denis, too takes the time to listen and make a plan. Highly recommend this office.

I met for the first time with a young physician named Crystal. She was very thorough and was really interested in my life's journey through my pain background. She asked several questions but more importantly she listened. She took time with me. I'm looking forward to getting to know her, and her getting to know me better on this medical journey. And I know as she grows through her career she will be a great physician!

The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I like the fact that I can text them after I have the first contact with them by phone also. That is very helpful.

Every interaction I've had here has been great. The staff is kind and very helpful.

Prompt courteous service. Dr Zolotoy was so nice and he was so knowledgeable in the test I had. I was a little nervous to have needles placed in different areas for the test I had. Dr. Zolotoy made it pretty painless.

First time here and I was impressed friendly staff , Dr. Zoloroy was awesome explained everything clearly and was very concerned about my well being . He even read my chart ahead of time simply amazing experience.
