Animal Clinic at New Lenox

Very friendly staff. I been having some not so good customer service and not real good care for my pet and decided to give them a try. They are 45min away from my home but the drive was worth it. The vet seem like he cared of what I had to said, asked questions and answer all my questions. When I call to ask questions they take their time in listening and have gotten back to me in a promptly timely manner.

I cannot express words of how grateful I am for this clinic! My sister in law passed away unexpectedly and left behind, not only her children, but also her fur baby. While my other sister in law relocates her niece and nephews, we took in little Koko, temporarily.
Seeing as my other sister in law and niece are trying to figure out their new world without their mother or sister, I did not want to bother them with a huge vet bill.
Dr. Emily Dorjath, words cannot express how thankful I am for your kind heart and helping me, help them move forward through these difficult times. Soon enough, Koko will be back with her original family and it’s one less thing they have to worry about when she’s brought home! 🙏 🙏 thank you soo soo very much!!

Am very happy with the care my dog receives here. The doctors are knowledgeable and appointment times prompt.

We had to put down our senior cat. Dr. Emily was very compassionate and answered all our questions. We had time in the room with our cat after she passed. The experience was peaceful.

My baby girl, Gypsy, is such a shy and skiddish nugget, but the crew here did phenomenal with her! She didn't even cry out once!! I'm incredibly impressed and appreciative. Dr. Emily is also so down to earth. So glad I have this clinic!

Dr. Emily is great! Our dog Dakota loves her. All of the front desk staff and vet techs are always very friendly and helpful. I feel very comfortable leaving my dog's health in their hands. I know they take great care of her. This is the best Animal Clinic ever!

What a wonderful place🐾 I replaced my former vet with Animal Clinic. Best decision I made in 8 long years. First visit was today and they made my furbaby feel so comfortable. He felt like he was at home. Staff was so nice and treated my furbaby like he was their own!

Everyone at ACNL goes above and beyond to make sure my pets are well taken care of. From a general exam to a sick visit, they are the best.

Very satisfied with the level of professional, quality care provided! Dr. Emily is the best! She truly cares about her patients and their owners. She is kind and loving to all the animals and reassuring to the owners at all times! I highly recommend her and her staff they are all wonderful people to have treating your furry friends!

The updated facility is very nice, the desk staff is friendly and efficient, the technicians and doctors are knowledgeable, caring and patient with both “parents” and fur babies. I always feel confident bringing Pepper to Animal Clinic or getting advice over the phone.

Dr. Jonathan and Chris not only provided exceptional assistance but also displayed remarkable kindness towards us. Their dedication, expertise, and thoughtful approach made the experience truly pleasant, I highly recommend them!

I absolutely would recommend this vet! The vet was very personable and got on my dogs level to make her feel comfortable! The staff was so accommodating and got me an earlier apt! They are so kind!

I have trusted the care of my dogs to animal clinic at New Lenox for several years. They have always been great to work with. This week was the first time I’ve had to call about an urgent situation. I called right when they opened at 8:00 and was put on the list to be squeezed in. They called back within the hour and we were in the office at 9:30 am. I am very grateful they provide such responsive service.
