The CVS on 11st has a great Pharmacy staff and a nice, friendly group of people helping when you and if you need it!

Switched over from Walgreens to this CVS since I've just had too many issues with Walgreens unfortunately. I'm very glad I made the switch because immediately right off the bat I was very impressed with the layout of their pharmacy here! They have a lot more individuals on staff than they do at Walgreens from what I could tell and everyone seemed to be on top of their game! Everyone was looking welcoming and they all seemed to be working very well together as a team which is a major plus! The person who helped me pick up my prescription was the definition of a sweetheart and was super friendly! Not trying to say those at the Walgreens were never friendly but there were more times where I wasn't greeted with such a welcoming attitude there so this was certainly a better change in pace! I believe I was in and out in five minutes or less with absolutely no hassle whatsoever! 100/10!!! I definitely reccomend using this pharmacy if you're looking for a one that will get you in and out with such a great atmosphere! 👍🏻

I've always had the nicest people that work at the 11th Street CVS. They have some of the best deals!

I like this CVS. The employees are really helpful and friendly. I'm pretty sure every single employee has helped me, as I've been going here for years.

I don’t know his name but the pharmacist I had when I picked up my husbands prescription was the nicest man I have ever met. I will return to this pharmacy only because of how professional and nice he was.

Recently switched to this pharmacy. They are a breath of fresh air!

Not sure who I just spoke to but that lady could not have been more rude and short. I'm hard of hearing and felt like she was raising her voice to me. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt.
Probably should not be answering a phone. The pharmacists are nice. Not sure why others do not follow their lead.

Pharmacy tells me I have to call my doctor and insurance to get a prior authorization. Cashiers at the front rarely if ever greet a customer walking in, and some just look at you with a glare or are talking to another coworker or a friend that stops by, god forbid they have to work. Only some cashiers have a smile and actually greet you. I have taken my business to another CVS and I am very happy with the new location.

I went to this cvs the other day and saw some items on sale. I decide to scan the item to verity its price. Then after I did so I put the item back and got in line to pick up my ups packages. The lady at the counter was rude due to the fact that I had scanned the item and the machine kept saying something about press finish and pay. The machine said this about 4 times and she was all mad about it and telling me rude comments infront of other customers. She was a white chunkier lady with short hair and glasses. Extremely rude. What a Karen 🫢

Pharmacy service is absolutely horrible. Took forever to get my prescription and to have a pharmacist talk to me to the point I just grabbed my prescription and let. They should get a new pharmacy staff since all of them are slow as can be.

I was at CVS for something completely different. I went to get some over-the-counter cold medicine and an older gentleman in front of me was purchasing some medicine or something that came up to $54 and change. He handed the lady $100 bill and she said oh I can’t change that. They just took all of cash. The man checked his wallet he only has $100 bill so you mean this whole store has no change for 100 at 3:30 pm the lady in pharmacy even ruder. First off, she wasn’t even helping me the one helping me was nice.

Usually a good place to go . But went today and there was a really rude cashier named JAN . Not helpful at all and rude as ever . And then come to find out she's a manager . She's should not in any way be in customer service . Ruined my whole perspective of cvs
