Jackson Remodeling

Jackson Remodeling recently completed a large project in fixing up our home from Derecho damage. Kendall, Tennille and team are fantastic and very hard working! They removed and replaced drywall in 3 rooms texture and painted, removed and replaced our kitchen island and stair bannister and trim throughout our main level. We feel it’s actually better then it was before! Easy to work with and always communicate on time and schedule and tidy up before they leave. Work hard for their customers, won’t hesitate to give these guys a call in the future!

Jackson Remodeling & Repair finished our entire basement. They came in and framed, ran electrical, installed lighting, ran plumbing, built a bathroom, installed shower/toilet/vanity, installed flooring in the main area, installed tile in the bathroom, drywalled walls and ledges, painted, built a custom "quartz island", built a bedroom, hung doors, and installed casing/trim throughout. The basement is now gorgeous and comfortable to enjoy; I believe that the high-quality work is apparent as soon as you walk through the door.

Jackson Remodeling probably completed work that I inadvertently failed to mention above, but the point I am trying to make is that it was a big residential job, in my opinion. It is definitely a big deal for my family as we begin to use and enjoy our new home.

The people that Kendall and Tennille brought into our home to do the various jobs were all respectful, helpful, informative, timely, and good at what they did. Tennille was my point person for the length of the entire project, from initial bid/estimate through completion. The project spanned over several months, and I had many questions during that time. Tennille was very responsive to my questions and was very proactive in her communications to me as the project progressed. Coordinating and scheduling all of the jobs, workers, subcontractors, and deliveries can be a complex job. Tennille kept me informed throughout the process while also ensuring that her timeline worked with my schedule and the schedule of my family.

Tennille has also checked in with me after the work was completed. While the project is complete, I am confident that Tennille, Kendall, and the Jackson Remodeling team will continue to stand behind their work. If I am ever in need of remodeling services moving forward, I will be connecting with Jackson Remodeling & Repair before even considering working with another company.

Jackson Remodeling remodeled two showers for us and did an amazing job! They are very professional, take pride in their work and pay attention to detail. They really went above and beyond to make sure we loved the results. I would highly recommend them for any work you need completed in your home and we would use them again in the future.

Couldn't ask for more. They were kind and considerate, letting us know when they were leaving so we could let our dogs out. Hard workers. Respectful and competant. The derecho gave our house a beating, and they repaired it. The owner was very nice and took all of our concerns seriously. Happy to have given them our business. God forbid if anything like this happens again, we'll give them a call first. Very happy with their service.

Friendly and competent owners and staff. They were always quick to get back to us when we had questions, and restored our derecho damaged home beautifully. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
