I would like to update my review...I finally found a representative that was very helpful. I have now been able to satisfy the unit and drive. Thank you to Asiz for his help.
The blow settings are way too high, i finally gave up, and I have roadside assistance, whatever that means, can't find the phone no anywhere.

When I had to use the machine. I didn't really no the right way how to use it, I got caught in a traffic jam and couldn't reset the machine. It took over a half hour to figure out what I was doing wrong. I called and all I got was call the company that I was renting from and left to find out what to do, not very good customer service. I'm older and didn't grow up with computers so it's a little harder to learn some times, I don't know if I'm going to have a problem with the other company, I hope not, otherwise they seem to do a good job, thanks
