Had some toilets acting up and called for routine service. The initial visit didn't go as expected which I wasn't thrilled about. However, the reason for this review is what happened next. When I called in to voice my concern, Jerome in the service department, listened to my complaint. He took 100% ownership. Said it shouldn't have happened and offered to come to my house right in that moment to make it right. He was there in 30 minutes. Fixed the issue and told me to tear up the invoice when it came. I'm paying for the service. Not every situation goes flawlessly. Mistakes happen. It's not the mistake that matters. It's what you do after the mistake that makes the difference. Professional Plumbing Service is my go-to for all plumbing issues. They have particular expertise with boilers-- my in-floor hot water heating system requires expert maintenance and troubleshooting, and they always do a great job, in contrast to other plumbing services I have consulted. Honest and reliable.

We have used Professional Plumbing a number of times over the years. They are incredibly quick to come out and fix whatever is wrong the same day. They have never asked me to review them, which is pretty amazing these days. If anyone deserves to be reviewed, though, it's these folks because they are so prompt and because they get the job done at a reasonable cost. My bad, but I didn't catch the name of the guy who came out this week. However, he has been to the house before and he is extremely good at what he does. If it helps to identify him, he looks really young. He deserves a raise. The peace of mind he gave me after this last fiasco is worth so much!

The lady on the phone was nice enough to squeeze my appointment in just a day ahead. Nick came out on time, a bit after noon. He was very professional and friendly. When he was done installing the faucet, he also offered to replace my shower head. I said to go ahead if he had the part for it. This is the 3rd time I believe we have used Professional Plumbing. The last couple of times, it was done by Dan. Both Dan and Nick are great techs to work with. I highly recommend this service if anyone out there needs it. I'd use them again in a heart beat. Had an incredible experience with these guys! Called @ 7 am with no water pressure and the young lady on the phone was so nice. Then Brett called me about 10:15, met him at my house 10:30 and he had an uncommon problem fixed with in the hour.

Professional Plumbing has always been my go to for plumbing services. Always reasonable and timely. Nick is always friendly and does a great job and cleans up when done. I just had a new ADA toilet installed and it was put in professionally and a lot quicker than we could have done. They only thing I may do the next time is ask to be the first customer of the day as we live ten minutes or less from the business and yesterday when I got the new toilet installed, he was in and out in 45 minutes or less but I had to pay the extra labor for the original $90 minimum for the first hour because of travel time between jobs that put it over the hour mark, I’m guessing. It wasn’t too bad though, only an extra $25. All in all, Professional Plumbing will always be my go to.

These guys are amazing from start to finish. From scheduling the appointment to the plumber arriving right on time, to getting things done as quickly as possible. All the messes are cleaned up and everything is top notch.

Dan has always done great work for us! Professional Plumbers has competitive rates and prompt, friendly service. They are my “go to” company for all my home needs... installing new sinks, dishwashers, fixing gas leaks. If someone tells me to call a plumber, I call Professional Plumbing in Fairfax!

I’m finishing my basement and needed some plumbing services for the bathroom. I called five outfits on a Monday morning. Professional Plumbing Service, Inc. (PPS) came out Tuesday afternoon. The estimator (Eric) was probably in our house for 15 minutes. He listened to our needs and didn’t try to sell us products or services we weren’t interested in. Eric gave us a fair quote which happened to be 1/3 of what another outfit wanted to charge us. I agreed to the terms and was put on the schedule for Friday. On Friday morning, Eric arrived on time with the worker (Ryan) to introduce him to our family and make sure everyone was on the same page. I was pleased to find out Ryan had been with PPS for 10 years. Ryan was friendly, tidy and professional. He was finished with our house by lunch time and they scheduled our inspection that same afternoon. I have already recommended PPS to a friend and have stored their number in my phone because they will be the first number I call when I have a plumbing need in the future.

First and foremost, this is an honest and good hearted business. I will have to say that, Dan went above and beyond what I was expecting to be done. From the call with Renee first thing and then Dan showing up within 45 mins. of my call, I'm thoroughly impressed and would never call a "punctual" or a "master" in the plumbing companies of Linn County. Thank you, Professional Plumbing. Your name doesn't give you enough accolades! You have a customer for life.

Very pleasant experience. Called to say they were on way. Got the job done in no time. Cost was a lot lower than I expected.
Would recommend them to all. Oh and they cleaned up after they were done. Much appreciated.

We have now used them on three occasions: plumbing for finishing our lower level (including full bathroom and kitchen install), for a replacement water heater install and a replacement sump pump install. They are professional, show up on time, and are clear with pricing.

This place was recommended to us by a friend and they did a fantastic job (toilets, faucets, shower upgrade). Great service, timeliness and communication, they were also very reasonable price wise. Thank you Eric and crew for a job well done!
