This is a good place to go if you are in need of food or clothing. The volunteers are kind and understanding.

I know for sure that mo one will go hungry and there will be enough food for everyone in God's name
God bless everyone and keep everyone safe and sane

Truly a gift of God to this community. We donate to the mission knowing that those hurting in our city have someone looking out for them.

Sometimes the selection isn't very much but they will do whatever they can to help you out I'm with whatever they do have.

These people do amazing things for people in need.

Olivet neighborhood house is a god send to all that utilized it,I love that place the volunteers an all it stand for. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

It's disappointing to see volunteers taking items from racks for themselves while people are waiting in line for items. Volunteers should get their pick last, not first. Or at least take items before public is present. Guess volunteers are more important than the public that need the services.

Workers/Volunteers are quite rude at times, but overall a nice place to get clothing and food, Just wish for better treatment

Edit… months later and I’m still fighting for a police report to be made for this lady to be charged with the assault of my son…. This company should be shut down the director sheri should lose her job too

The director WATCHED my child be abused by his teachers. She called me after business hours to tell me my child was assaulted that she witnessed this with her own eyes AFTER SHE HEARD MY SON BEGGING FOR HIS MOTHER!!! They refused to tell me right away my child was assaulted the refused to provide an incident report they refused to file a DHS report and a police report!! There is trash all over the grounds outside that they claim they are not allowed to clean up not to mention the amount of homeless people that are constantly at the gates where the children are .. one of them was feeding my child. Don't bring your child to this abusive place.

The truck driver westly is allowed to steal and abuse clients and employees nothing is ever done about this problem most people best donations go home with him very shameful you can complain and nothing will happen

Me and my friend were treated very poorly by staff and management. I would advise anybody to go to any other food bank besides here. A volunteer here was very defensive right off the bat. I had asked her what was going on and why she felt the need to be rude. She proceeded to say "you think I'm being rude and I'm NOT" and got in my face Julie was made aware of this immediately and nothing was done. While I spoke with Julie the woman became rude with my friend as well. To come here for help and then be treated so poorly is not okay and I hope people see this so this can be taken care of properly
