I had ordered some softball gear for my daughter. The new curbside pickup is fast. I then remembered I was looking for another item. I went in and no one could find it. The manager helped me look for it even after the store had locked it's doors. She finally was able to locate the item and I left a happy customer. It was a majority of the floor team looking for the item. Great customer service.

The staff here bent over backwards to help correct Iowa's incorrect fishing license database to help me get my license. They're well stocked for each season having a good selection of fishing and kayaking gear as well as clothing for the outdoors. I was happy to see recreational boating safety equipment.

Dicks has about anything you would need in sports and recreation including a big selection of low end kayaks at decent prices. The store is big, very clean and helpful staff.

Their Under Armour selection is second to none. Their camping section could use a boost in selection. Fishing is sub-par as is the hunting. Guns are overpriced compared to what you can get from a local FFL. However Dick's always has what you want in stock. So I guess you can say you are paying for the convenience of someone always having what you want in stock. Overall the store is always clean and the associates are incredibly knowledgeable.

They're always helpful here and it's a great place to find all kinds of sports and game equipment.

Glad we have a good sporting store in town. Will match prices and great selection. They don't carry sports teams items though which is the only bummer.
