Ordered n waited quite a speal for a gyro combo but that is fine... Gyro super suburb... Fries not that exciting I was expecting more fireworks with the fries but that is alrite... My manboyfriend got the catfish and wasn't impressed... said it was like having a mouthful of mud... but he complains a lot.. I got a grape soda which bloats moi...

Everything we ordered was a hit my daughter smashed the cheeseburger my wife loved the chicken strips and the fish and chicken dinner was fantastic

Absolutely delicious food!! The Gyro is fabulous, the fried Catfish is amazing, they put a lemon pepper on the French fries that is awesome good. Very highly recommend this place. The only downfall is there isn't any seating inside, so you order and take and eat but still very much worth it!!

This place does not have seating and is mainly a carryout restaurant. I called ahead to place my order and it was ready in 15 minutes. When I went to pick up the order I did not have to wait long. The staff worked very quickly and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. I had the catfish dinner and it was excellent. The price is very reasonable and includes a can of pop. I would consider this a great place for a very quick pick up dinner. I will definitely be going back even though it's all the way across town from where I am. The staff was very friendly and the place was obviously very busy so it seems to be quite a popular place.

I'm addicted to their gyros! So I can only vouch for their awesome gyros and will go out of my way to get them. I live in North Liberty so it's my go-to place for food while in CR. Can take awhile for them to get it made but always worth the wait.

My husband is an absolute catfish fiend. We got him a box of the stuff and he utterly devoured it. My kids love the fries and I'm all about the gyros. Staff was kindly and they do their best to work as fast as possible.

I was looking on line for some food to go stumbled on Chicago grill and decided to give it a try. So glad I did. I’ve eaten many gyros in my life,very close to the best I’ve ever had. Fantastic flavor and plenty of lamb . Also grabbed 4 chicken wings and they were just as good, onion rings also very good except I was already stuffed so I could only eat a few of the huge order. I’ll be back soon

Just the absolute best chicken and fish in the area. Always hot and fresh and just incredible. Great service and they never skimp on the sides!

When I tell you this food was so freaking GOOD! I am a flight attendant, and one of my favorite parts about my job is getting to try food from all over the world. Last night I arrived into Cedar Rapids around 10pm and wasn’t sure what restaurants would even be open. I wasn’t really expecting much good food in Iowa. But this place looked pretty good on doordash so I ordered it to my hotel. I got the gyro meat with rice and a side of cheese balls. OMG IT WAS AMAZING. I want to take another trip to Cedar Rapids just to eat this meal again. I absolutely loved it. 11/10

Lol atmosphere is a little misleading, place looks junky but the food is amazing we got steak burger and tilapia and it was probably the best of both we have ever had. My husband loved the fries and fish alot.

Great food place for after a night out. To bad it closes at 11pm!! But for old people like need, it's just the ticket! Good selection of all the greasy favorites, burgers, gyros, and Italian beef sandwiches. You will get large portions and it will be hot (not spice, but warm). The guys are hard working and want to make sure you are getting a good hot meal.

Our only regret is driving by here so many times without stopping in. Good food and reasonable prices.

If your in the mood for some fried food and no regrets, I highly recommend eating here. The food is delicious. Not for those who are watching their diets unless it's cheat day. I had the fried tilapia which comes with french fries. The fish was cook to perfection. The fries were tasty, not mind-blowing, but serviceable. The meal also came with a can of soda.

My first thought was how they sectioned off the restaurant well and allowed space to stand with social distancing. Then to the great selection of sodas. The menu was simple with a great variety. The place was busy, and rightfully so. The food was delicious. I got the Beef Dog, but I subtracted the condiments and added cheese which they did a great job communicating and confirming my order, but the low price included the dog, fries, and a can of soda. My bread was toasted and the whole thing was wrapped separately with wax paper under the outside aluminum foil. They had a light dusting of seasoning on the fries which sat on aluminum foil that had been laid on the entire bottom of the take out container keeping my food warm. If anyone is looking for Chicago style gyros, burgers, dogs, polish dogs, wings, fish, and shrimp with some sides of fries, Mac n cheese, and some delicious deserts then do not look any farther than Chicago Grill.

I got a master steak gyro burger, and collard greens, my burger was FANTASTIC, They cut the lamb right off the shawarma and it was highly seasoned, bacon, the gyro sauce, the cheese. It was just fire. The fries are okay, ranch was delicious. Collard greens are cooked well but need flavor/salt, I understand leaving them plain for people to season for customers that can't have sodium, but it's was a great price and the employees were kind, helpful and quick. I LOVE this place and will be back, many times, update: I have pretty much ordered everything off the menu, love this place for all that it is. Steak over rice, the philly, the chicken strips, I adore it all and it takes my paychecks😂

I am convinced the people that work here must have invisible wings. Bright lights in this well lit restaurant may be the first indication you've entered heaven. The menu here although small and simple has enough variety to tantalize just about anyone's taste buds. To find so many of my favorites listed it was difficult to make a decision. With the Shawarma broiler in clear sight and the gyro meat beckoning to me. I decided to get that combo meal. Friendly staff took my order and placed it on the line where in clear sight I could watch a very capable line cook prepare my order to perfection. There was barely enough time to check in on social media and update my status before my order was ready. A quick glance showed that the extra sauces I had asked for where in my bag. Now, all that was left is to race home so I can start enjoying my meal bite by tantalizing bite. And it did absolutely exceed expectations. Even after a drive my french fries were hot and crispy. And my gyro was absolutely delicious. A nice warm soft pita with the perfect combination of tzatziki sauce, lamb, tomatoes and, onions. I look forward to returning and trying every last item on the menu. With very friendly staff and incredible food Chicago Grill is indeed heavenly. I highly recommend Chicago Grill as your next stop for some of the best takeaway food I have ever had.

Being from Texas, it's really hard to come across a really good fish sandwich or fish plates I thank the lucky stars for Chicago grill!!!!!!!

We have ordered from here several times, it was always okay or we were really disappointed. I love their chicken kabob dish, it's a dish you can't describe due to its uniqueness. We ordered tonight and I'm not sure who the cook is but it was AMAZING! Everything was beyond expectations tonight! Whoever was in the kitchen 2/1/21 at 5 pm needs to remain there! They are the best cook you've ever had! Onions were actually sauteed rather than completely raw, the sauce was drizzled over the top, it even looked beautiful!
