I am not one to trust people. I have an illness it's called agoraphobia, which if you don't know it means I'm afraid to leave my house. However I've been work on it so I have one place that I go to alone and it's only one way. Long story short I have to get rides to go to this place from companies like Rapid Run Logistics. Everytime I get into one of these ride I'm in panic mode. However today was the 1st time I've ever been so comfortable. 1st they text the night before to confirm, which never happens. Then the driver text me when he was on his way and then when he got there. When I got in the van I was panicking like usual. But I was unbelievable impressed with my driver. His name was Norberto but he goes by Migue. He was so professional and nice. He just talked to me like he was a good friend. He my anxiety go from a 100 to about a 3. It was the first time anybody has talked to me on these rides since I started. So 2x a week I go to this one place for an appointment so I'm going to not only going to request Rapid run but I'm gonna request the driver as well. Heck I might even take it home. So I want to give Miguel a huge thank you for making it the best ride I have ever had since taking this ride.

I love this transportation! Brenda is so flexible and so is Dave. They let me know if they're running late.

Better than any other company out there. They don't make you wait 7 hours when you get discharged. Peter runs a tight ship. Polite, safe drivers.

I've dealt with these vehicles a couple of times in the last few months. Van 304 tonight extremely slow, does not use turn signals, randomly switches Lanes and chases you out of the lane that you are in, doesn't seem to care how they drive when there is no passangers

This company is very unprofessional. Unfortunately this is the logistics company that my mothers insurance choose to take her to and from her dialysis appointments on a regular basis. She’s had to wait up to 3 hrs for a ride after dialysis and the one time they were on time she was told by the driver “do not get use to being picked up early.” If I could give this company no stars I would.

According to a dispatcher name Brenda, she sent her daughter to pick me up, but her daughter never showed up.

HORRIBLE!!! This company decided that I didn't need a ride. Which caused me to spend half my morning trying to find a ride to my appointment. Unprofessional, poor quality, rude, and now red flagged. Avoid

It took them two and a half hours to pick me up from my appointment and return me to my home 15 minutes away. Very stressful for a disabled person with a chronic condition.

These guys are the worst
